Actuated height adjustable optical table
An actuated, height adjustable optical table or workstation for use in microscopy, optical research laboratories and similar environments includes fixed and moving parts which combine to create a rigid, height adjustable table structure on which to mount an optical breadboard or similar platforms via optional passive or active vibration isolation mounts. The height adjustment is performed by multiple compact actuators with associated control hardware and software, and allows the user or an application system to perform activities with the table at any heights.
METHOD AND UNIT FOR CONTROLLING SAFE OPERATION OF AN ELECTRIC TABLE
The invention provides a method for controlling safe operation of an electric table, comprising: starting the default setting value or self-set setting value of the sensor unit stored in the memory after power-on; making sure that the electric control module activates the sensor unit when the electric table is raised or lowered, and the sensor unit detects the vibration amplitude of the electric table and records the number of vibrations when the vibration amplitude exceeds the setting value; when the recorded number of vibrations is greater than the default setting value or self-set setting value, the electric control module controls the power mechanism on the electric table to make a rebound action in the opposite direction when the electric table is raised or lowered. The acceleration and gyroscope sensors are vertically installed on the small board, so that the sensitivity of the gyroscope to vibration detection is increased.
Height-adjustable table structure
A height-adjustable table structure includes: a tabletop, a first support frame, a second support frame, a first spring, an adjustment unit, a linkage group, and a positioning member. The adjustment member is disposed to the top surface of the tabletop for the user to observe. When the adjustment member is driven to move, the locking member of the linkage group is moved from the locking position to the releasing position, so that the first and support frames are free to rotate. When the adjustment member is released, the locking member will be moved from the releasing position to the locking position, so as to maintain the adjusted height of the table structure. By such arrangements, during the height adjustment of the table structure, the user can clearly see the position of the adjustment member, leading to more intuitive use, achieving easy operation and improved safety.
ACTUATED HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE OPTICAL TABLE
Disclosed is an actuated, height adjustable optical table or workstation for use in microscopy, optical research laboratories and similar environments. The height adjustable design includes fixed and moving parts which combine to create a rigid, height adjustable table structure on which to mount an optical breadboard or similar platforms via optional rigid, passive or active vibration isolation mounts. The height adjustment is performed by multiple compact actuators with associated control hardware and software, and allows the user or an application system to perform activities with the table at any heights.
Height-adjustable table with stop control system
A height-adjustable table with a stop control system includes a tabletop, a table leg, a power supply, a lifting module, a sensing module, a sound module, a main control unit, and a manual controller. Through the design of the sensing module and the main control unit, when a person or an object is approaching during the descent of the tabletop, the sensing module feeds back the received signal to the main control unit and controls the lifting module to stop running. The structural design is clever and reasonable, easy to use, practical, and can be widely used.
CONTROL DEVICE FOR A FURNITURE DRIVE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING A FURNITURE DRIVE
In a method for controlling a furniture drive via voice input, an acoustic signal is converted into an electrical signal. The electrical signal is evaluated by a local voice analysis device, and an operating state of the furniture drive is controlled when a keyword from a set of keywords is recognized during evaluation.
CONTROLLER FOR A MOBILE DRIVE, AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING A MOBILE DRIVE
A controller for a furniture drive includes an operating device which includes a speech controller. The speech controller includes a speech control subunit operatively connected to an adjustment drive, and a microphone interacting with the speech control subunit.
Platform with adjustable height
An adjustable platform having an upper platform surface, at least two leg assemblies supporting the upper platform surface, and a drive mechanism that is configured to extend or retract the leg assemblies between a first position, in which each leg assembly is retracted to lower the platform toward ground, and a second position, in which each leg assembly is extended to raise the platform away from the ground. The drive mechanism includes a single motor that is drivingly coupled to each of the at least two leg assemblies, in which the drive mechanism is configured to simultaneously extend or retract both of the at least two leg assemblies between the first position and second position to thereby lower or raise the upper platform surface relative to the ground.
DESKTOP LIFTING PLATFORM WITH IMPROVED SAFETY
Disclosed is a desktop lifting platform with improved safety, which relates to an electric lifting platform equipment. The desktop lifting platform includes a lifting column, a desktop, a base, a controller, and a manipulator, wherein the base is placed on a work platform like a desk; the lifting column includes a drive motor; the controller includes a main control unit (MCU) and a motor-driving circuit, the output end of the MCU is connected to the motor-driving circuit; the desktop lifting platform includes a sensing unit adaptable for detecting or sensing whether the desktop lifting platform hits an obstacle or tilts, such that when sensing that the desktop lifting platform hits the obstacle or the tilts, the sensing unit emits a signal to the controller for controlling the lifting column to stop lifting.
IMPACT PROTECTION CONTROLLER FOR ELECTRIC HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE DESK
An impact protection controller for an electric height-adjustable desk. The controller comprises an MCU, a motor drive circuit, a motor current sampling circuit, a current amplifier circuit, a Hall pulse generator, and a Hall filter. The MCU controls the motor drive circuit. A signal transmitted by the Hall pulse generator is sent to the MCU via the Hall filter. A motor current is sampled by the motor current sampling circuit, and the result is sent to the MCU via the current amplifier circuit to detect a change of the current. The controller further comprises a shock switch provided outside of and connected to the MCU, or provided inside of the MCU. The present invention combines current detection and shock detection to improve sensitivity and reliability of impact protection.
