RECONFIGURABLE CIRCUIT
The invention is to provide a compact reconfigurable circuit implementing a LUT and a “hard” circuit. The present invention provides a reconfigurable circuit comprising: first wires disposed in a first direction; a second wire disposed in a second direction intersecting the first direction; a power line, a ground line and data input line or data input inverse line coupled to the said first wires one-to-one; a multiplexer, one of whose inputs is connected with the second wire; nonvolatile switch cells utilized to interconnect the first wires and second wire at the crosspoints, wherein every nonvolatile switch cell is constructed by at least one non-volatile resistive switch.
IN-MEMORY COMPUTE SRAM WITH INTEGRATED TOGGLE/COPY OPERATION AND RECONFIGURABLE LOGIC OPERATIONS
Embodiments herein relate to circuitry which allows data to be processed and written back within an SRAM device. In a toggle operation, a memory cell is read and the bit at the complementary output node of a sense amplifier is written back to the memory cell. In a copy operation, a memory cell is read and the bit at the primary output node of the sense amplifier is written to another memory cell in the column. In another aspect, logic operations such as AND, OR, majority, AND-OR, OR-AND, and associated inverse operations can be performed within the SRAM device. This can involve writing data to one or more control memory cells in the same column as the data memory cells involved in the logic operation, and setting the respective word lines to be active concurrently.
Method and circuit for integrating a programmable matrix in the field of reconfigurable logic gates employing a non-lineal system and an efficient programmable rewiring
The present invention relates to the field of reconfigurable computing also known as dynamic computing and, more particularly, to reconfigurable architectures logic gates and programmable wiring connections between them and the input interfaces and output interfaces. There is growing interest in developing new hardware architectures to complement or replace existing static architectures, and recently, there has been a theoretical direction to explore the richness of nonlinear dynamical systems to implement reconfigurable hardware (dynamic). The present invention is to use a nonlinear to emulate different logic gates dynamic system that are the basis of general-purpose computing, and after obtaining the logic gates, integrate these elements into a programmable device by the user, ie for create a field programmable array of reconfigurable logic gates.
Tunable delay circuit and operating method thereof
A tunable delay circuit includes a first multiplexer, a delay chain, and a second multiplexer. The first multiplexer selects an input signal or a feedback signal as a first output signal according to an enable signal. The delay chain delays the first output signal for different time periods so as to generate a plurality of delay signals. One of the delay signals is used as the feedback signal. The second multiplexer selects one of the delay signals as a second output signal according to a pass signal.
Memory in logic physical unclonable function
Methods and systems are directed to creating a physical unclonable function (PUF) on a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) and generating a unique signature for a device. The method includes, in part, designing a PUF by taking advantages of programmable logic elements on the FPGA, and extracting uninitialized values associated with one or more storage elements comprised in the PUF when the FPGA is powered up. The extracted uninitialized values can be combined to generate the unique signature for the device. The one or more storage elements can be bi-stable memory cells that are mapped to look up tables (LUTs) on the FPGA. The coordinates of these LUTs can be determined based on hamming distance analysis. Alternatively, the one or more storage elements can be memory cells associated with boundary scan cells of a boundary scan chain.
