Technician's work chair
A technician's work chair includes a frame, first, second and third air cushion devices, a seat assembly and an electronic task guiding system. The seal assembly has a cushion portion and a seatback portion. The cushion portion is supported to the seat supporting portion of the frame. The seatback portion has an inclination adjusting mechanism operable to change an angle of inclination of the seatback portion relative to the frame. The electronic task guiding system is supported to the frame, the electronic task guiding system being configured to provide the technician with task related signals.
Transformable seat assembly
A transformable seat assembly which includes a seat support structure and a seat connected to the seat support structure with a hinge. The hinge defines an axis of rotation. A back support structure connected to the seat support structure, which extends in an upward direction relative to the seat support structure. A back cushion is secured to the back support structure and a lumbar cushion extends along the back support structure positioned between the back cushion and the seat, wherein the lumbar cushion is releasably secured to one of the back cushion or the back support structure and an end portion of the seat positioned closer to the back support structure with the seat positioned in an occupant support position than the hinge, can rotate in a direction of rotation about the axis of rotation, which includes the upward direction and a direction away from the back support structure.
SEATING ASSEMBLY FOR IMPROVED SEATING, ERGONOMIC CHAIRS OR WHEELCHAIRS
The invention relates to a seating assembly (100) comprising a basic frame (101), a seat unit (102), and a back-support unit (103) wherein the seat unit and the back-support unit have a common pivoting axis (P) with respect to the frame at the level of the hip joint. Hence, based on human body like biomechanics and physiognomy, the seating assembly, particularly for ergonomic chairs or wheelchairs, provides a highly improved seating comfort, even with therapeutic effect.
Adjustable bathtub/shower seat and associated use thereof
The adjustable bathtub/shower seat includes a support and a backrest pivotally attached thereto, a base attached to the support, and a controller in communication with the support, the backrest, and the base. Advantageously, the base is selectively raised and lowered along a vertical path. Advantageously, the backrest is selectively pivoted about a horizontal fulcrum axis and along an arcuate path, wherein the horizontal fulcrum axis is registered orthogonal to the vertical path.
Chair
A chair is provided having at least one leg with an upper end on which a seat component is supported and a backrest interconnected to and projecting from the seat component. The backrest comprises a lower backrest section, an upper backrest section, and a backrest hinge interconnecting the upper backrest section to an upper end of the lower backrest section. The lower backrest section is interconnected to and extends from a rear portion of the seat component and the backrest hinge is configured to permit the upper backrest section to be located in an upright position in which the upper backrest section projects above the lower backrest section and is configured to permit the upper backrest section to be pivoted to a forward position in which the upper backrest section extends laterally over and spaced above the seat component.
CHAIR SAFETY SYSTEM AGAINST ACCIDENTAL PRESSING
A chair safety system against accidental pressing has a central processing unit, multiple sensors, multiple linear pushrods, a power device, and a controller. The multiple sensors, the multiple linear pushrods, the power device, and the controller are electrically connected to the central processing unit, respectively. The multiple sensors include a first sensor and at least one second sensor that are respectively mounted to the linear pushrods, a linkage of a height adjustable chair, or a seat of the height adjustable chair. The first sensor is a human touch sensor or a Hall Effect sensor. The at least one second sensor is a pyroelectric sensor, a microwave sensor, or an ultrasonic sensor. By different sorts of the sensors working simultaneously, the linear pushrods will be stopped if any obstacles exist below the seat; thus damage to the obstacles and the seat may be prevented.
Electric drive mechanism for recliner chair
An electric drive mechanism for a recliner chair having a base mount and a moveable frame pivotally connected with the base mount includes a fixation frame detachably mounted to the base mount, a push frame pivotally connected with the fixation frame and located below the moveable frame, and an actuator pivotally connected with the fixation frame and the push frame, such that the push frame is driven by the actuator to swing relative to the fixation frame. When the push frame swings upwardly, a front end portion of the push frame pushes the moveable frame to swing upwardly. A user lying on the recliner chair can easily control the swing angle of movable frame so as to lie on the recliner chair with a relaxed posture.
