BODY SUPPORT ASSEMBLY AND METHODS FOR THE USE AND ASSEMBLY THEREOF
A body support assembly includes a seat assembly and backrest assembly supported by a tilt control assembly. Methods of using and assembling the body support assembly are provided.
Chair armrest
A chair armrest which includes an armrest body, a first component, a second component, and a mounting seat is revealed. The armrest body consists of an armrest cover, an armrest base and a rectangular space formed therein. The first component is mounted in the rectangular space of the armrest body and arranged at a first sliding slot of the armrest base while the second component is mounted in the rectangular space of the armrest body and disposed on the first component. The mounting seat is for loading the armrest body. The armrest body can be moved relative to the first component, the second component, the mounting seat and the protruding axis in the lengthwise direction by the first sliding slot for position adjustment. Thereby the chair armrest can be rotated or moved in the lengthwise/widthwise direction for adjustment under the condition that the overall thickness thereof is effectively reduced.
Multi-directional adjustable armrest pad and chair armrest device with armrest pad
A multi-directional adjustable armrest pad and a chair armrest device with an armrest pad are disclosed and three embodiments are provided. In an embodiment, the pad body can be adjusted to move in a longitudinal direction and a lateral direction, and rotate relative to the chair armrest, and the pad body can be lifted by controlling a regulating assembly, and the regulating assembly is also rotatable and pivotally swingable, so as to make the armrest pad suit placement of a user's hand when the user sits on the chair.
Easily assembled chair armrest
An easily assembled chair armrest is revealed. The easily assembled chair armrest includes an armrest support, an armrest pad body, and at least one fastening member arranged between the armrest support and the armrest pad body. The fastening member includes at least one first fastening portion and at least one second fastening portion which are aligned and pressed vertically to fit and connect with each other. One of the first fastening portion and the second fastening portion is disposed on a top support surface of the armrest support while the other is arranged at a first mounting space of the armrest pad body. While being assembled to form the chair armrest, the armrest support is connected with the armrest pad body to form one part by vertical fastening of the first fastening portion and the second fastening portion of the fastening member. Thus manufacturing cost is reduced relatively.
Chair assembly with upholstery covering
A seating arrangement includes a base, a seat assembly operably coupled to the base, and a back assembly that includes a substantially rigid back frame including a pair of side portions spaced from one another and extending upward from the base, and a substantially flexible back shell including a front surface and a rear surface opposite the front surface, a plurality of laterally-extending slots that extend between the front surface and the rear surface and that cooperate to define a plurality of laterally-extending ribs therebetween, where a pair of laterally-extending ribs of the plurality of laterally-extending ribs are connected to one another via a vertically-extending rib located at a substantial midpoint across a width of the back shell, and wherein the back shell is coupled to each of the side portions of the back frame at locations above the plurality of laterally-extending slots.
LOCKING DEVICE FOR A CHAIR
A locking device for an armrest pole. The locking device comprises a housing element configured for slidably accommodating the armrest pole. A locking handle comprises an abutment end, the locking handle is rotatably connected to the housing element and configured for rotation between a locked position where the armrest pole is fixed in the locking device and an unlocked position where the armrest pole is slidable in the locking device. The locking device also comprises a wedge element comprising a wedge and an abutment portion, the abutment portion configured for being directly or indirectly biased by the abutment end, the wedge configured and arranged for at least partly insertion between a portion of the armrest pole and at least a portion of the housing element in the locked position.
Arm Assembly for a Chair
An arm assembly for a chair having a post, a first member, and an armrest. The first member is angularly adjustable relative to the post about a first axis between first angular movement limits, with a non-finite number of angular adjustment positions of the first member relative to the post. The armrest is operatively connected to the first member to translationally slide generally forward and rearward relative to the first member between first translational movement limits, with a non-finite number of translational adjustment positions of the armrest relative to the first member. The armrest is angularly adjustable relative to the first member about a second substantially upright axis between second angular movement limits, with a non-finite number of angular adjustment positions of the armrest relative to the first member.
SEATING ARRANGEMENT
A seating arrangement includes a seat assembly slidably movable between a forward most position and a rearward most position and that includes a seat support structure configured to support a seated user thereon, and at least one elongated slide bearing attached to the seat support structure and including a bearing surface and at least one stop member, wherein the bearing surface and the at least one stop member are a single, integral piece. The seating arrangement further includes at least one slide support member that slidably supports the slide bearing thereon between the forward most position and the rearward most position, wherein the at least one stop member is configured to prevent the seat assembly from being moved beyond at least one of the forward most position and the rearward most position.
Body support assembly and methods for the use and assembly thereof
