Chair assembly with upholstery covering
A chair component assembly includes a support component adapted to support a portion of a seated user, and a cover including a plurality of sides that cooperate to form an interior space that receives the support component therein, the cover further including a support component receiving aperture and a flap movable between an open position where the support component may be moved from an exterior of the cover to the interior space of the cover, and a closed position where the flap covers the support component receiving aperture, and wherein the flap is secured to the support component by a quick-connect fastener.
Angular Position Adjusting Device for a Chair Armrest
An angular position adjusting device includes a coupling column coupled with a chair body. The coupling column includes a top end having a lower coupling face with a receiving groove, a pivotal groove, and at least one restraining groove. The pivotal groove includes a bottom wall having a coupling hole. A positioning block is mounted in the receiving groove and includes a resilient portion having a positioning member. A seat includes a lower end having an upper coupling face with an axle received in the pivotal groove. A fastener extends through the axle and is coupled with the coupling hole of the coupling column. The positioning member is selectively and releasably engaged in one of angularly spaced positioning grooves of the upper coupling face. At least one restraining member is disposed on the upper coupling face and is slidably received in the at least one restraining groove.

CHAIR FOR SUPPORTING A PERSON WHO IS FEEDING A BABY
The present invention relates to a chair for supporting a person feeding a baby. The chair includes a seat. The chair includes an armrest operatively connected to the seat. The armrest is selectively rotatable about a vertical axis, and moveable forward/rearward, laterally inward/outward and vertically relative to the seat. The armrest is shaped to receive a baby thereon.
SEATING ARRANGEMENT
A seating arrangement includes a seat assembly, a control assembly, a back assembly, and a quick-connection arrangement to connect the back assembly to the control assembly, where the back assembly includes first and second reliefs and the control assembly includes first and second shafts received within the first and second reliefs respectively, and a locking arrangement that includes a primary locking member pivotable between a locked position, where the primary locking member abuts the second shaft arrangement, thereby preventing the second shaft arrangement from being removed from within the second relief, and an unlocked position, where the second shaft arrangement may be removed from within the second relief, thereby allowing the back assembly to be uncoupled from the control assembly.
Armrest, in particular for an office chair
An armrest, in particular for an office chair, achieves improved handling and adjustability in an individual and in a particularly variable manner by providing a preferably height-adjustable armrest column, an arm support carrier which is mounted on the armrest column and which is rotatable about a first rotational axis, and an arm support which is mounted on the arm support carrier. The arm support is rotatable about a second rotational axis and is displaceable in a linear manner relative to the arm support carrier. The two rotational axes are spaced apart from one another.
Seating arrangement
A seating arrangement includes a back frame that includes a top portion, a bottom portion, and a pair of side portions that cooperate to define an opening, wherein at least one of the top portion, the bottom portion and the side portions include a longitudinally extending channel, a back shell having a forwardly facing support surface located within the opening and configured to support a seated user, and an attachment portion that extends about at least a portion of a periphery the support surface, and a cover member extending over the support surface, wherein the cover member is directly attached to the attachment portion of the back shell at an attachment location, and wherein the attachment location and the attachment portion of the back shell are located within the channel and concealed from view.
ARMREST, FURNITURE COMPONENT, AND CHAIR
An armrest according to the present invention includes a support member (8a, 215, 308a) which is a support structure, and an armrest main body (8b, 216, 308b), the armrest main body (8b, 216, 308b) includes a lower layer member (8j) including an operation lever (8p, 235, 308p) which is supported by a support member (8a, 215, 308a) to be movable in a forward-and-rearward direction and is operated by a seated person, and an upper layer member (8k) supported by the lower layer member (8j) to be movable in right-and-left direction, and the upper layer member (8k) covers the operation lever (8p, 235, 308p) at a base position in the right-and-left direction.
ARMREST AND CHAIR
An armrest (8, 208) and a chair (100, 200) according to the present invention are provided with: an armrest body (8b, 208b) which is a movable member including a placing surface for supporting a limb of a seated person, and which is supported by a support rod (8a, 208a) from below so as to be movable in a horizontal direction; and a through-space (S, 200S) which is a guide portion indicating the position to be touched by the seated person when moving the armrest body (8b, 208b).
Arm assembly for a chair
An arm assembly for a chair having a post, a first member, and an armrest. The first member is angularly adjustable relative to the post about a first axis between first angular movement limits, with a non-finite number of angular adjustment positions of the first member relative to the post. The armrest is operatively connected to the first member to translationally slide generally forward and rearward relative to the first member between first translational movement limits, with a non-finite number of translational adjustment positions of the armrest relative to the first member. The armrest is angularly adjustable relative to the first member about a second substantially upright axis between second angular movement limits, with a non-finite number of angular adjustment positions of the armrest relative to the first member.
