SITTING APPARATUS
A sitting apparatus having: a frame; an upwardly facing surface on the frame for supporting a user in a sitting position; a first arm support on the frame defining a first surface against which a user's arm can be rested with the user in the sitting position on the upwardly facing surface; and a first connecting assembly acing between the frame and first arm support. The first connecting assembly and first arm support are configured so that the first arm support surface can pivot relative to the frame around at least first and second different axes to change a relationship between the first arm support surface and the frame.
CHAIR EQUIPPED WITH SUPPORTER FOR SHOULDER
The present invention relates to a chair equipped with supporter for shoulder which can obtain an effect of attitude remedy by reducing the pressure applied to the spine and by inducing an upright attitude of erecting the waist vertically through the supporter for shoulder which is connected to the hip supporter through the base and which comprises the supporter for armpit provided above the supporter, and in addition which can maximize convenience and enable the multi-purpose use by selecting the use and non-use of the supporter for arm or the supporter for shoulder through the direction change through up-down or forward-rearward direction rotation of the supporter for arm or through the folding of the supporter for armpit of the supporter for shoulder through the rotation shaft.
The chair equipped with supporter for shoulder according to the present invention comprises: a base; a hip supporter provided above the base; a supporter for shoulder comprising a supporter connected to the base and protruding to both sides of the hip supporter, and a supporter for armpit provided above the supporter; and a supporter for arm connected to the base and provided below the supporter for armpit.
Chair capable of interlocking back support and footrest
Disclosed in this application is a chair capable of permitting a user to quickly and easily change his or her posture by tilting a back support in a state in which the user takes a seat. The chair includes a seat support; a back support which has a back frame, with a lower end being connected to a rear end of the seat support by a pivot shaft, so that the back support is tilted in a rearward direction; and a footrest which is engaged to the seat support, so that the back support is interlocked with the footrest.
Rotating armrest apparatus
A rotating armrest apparatus includes a handle, a rotating device disposed at one end of the handle, an elevation adjustment device disposed at another end of the handle, and a rotatable armrest disposed on top of the elevation adjustment device.
Rotating device for armrest
A rotating device for an armrest is connected with a fixing mount disc on a top surface of an armrest seat and is rotatably coupled with a rotary plate on a bottom surface of the support plate. The fixing mount disc includes a conical groove and a threaded orifice formed on the conical groove, and the conical groove has a toothed slot. The rotary plate includes a post corresponding to the conical groove and the toothed slot, the rotary plate also includes an extending fringe extending outwardly from an outer side thereof to contact with a peripheral side of the fixing mount disc, wherein the post has two recesses, each recess extends outwardly from each of two sides of the post to accommodate each of two slidable retainers, and each slidable retainer is pushed by a spring and has a locking tab for retaining with the toothed slot.
Height adjustment device in fixture, and armrest device for chair provided with height adjustment device
An armrest device for a chair includes a lower support rod that rises at a side of a chair seat and has a tubular upper end portion; and an upper support cylinder that has an armrest provided in an upper end thereof, is externally fitted to the lower support rod so as to be slidable in an up-down direction, and has a plurality of engaging portions therein. The armrest is made height-adjustable with respect to the lower support rod by disposing the locking member and a biasing member at an upper end portion of the lower support rod and providing the rotating rod inside the lower support rod.
Omnidirectional Adjustment-oriented Positioning Device of Office Chair Armrest
An omnidirectional adjustment-oriented positioning device of an office chair armrest includes two parallel inner links pivotally connected between an armrest rotation fixing unit and a rotation base. The inner links are enclosed in outer links to form a parallel four-link swing link component. The rotation base is axially disposed at a pad. An armrest component capable of horizontal rotation and displacement is disposed at the armrest rotation fixing unit. Inner and external wheel components with bevel gears meshing with each other are disposed between upper ends of the outer links and the armrest rotation fixing unit. Positioning gears which mesh with each other are disposed at the armrest rotation fixing unit. A positioning wheel is mounted at the armrest rotation fixing unit and rotatable such that a rotation component for rotating the inner wheel component abuts against the inner wheel component and thus drives the positioning wheel to move outward.
Armrest
An armrest that includes a mounting plate, a block member, and a link member. The link member has a first end and a second end that opposes the first end. The link member is engaged with the mounting plate at a first pivot toward the first end to pivot the link member at the first pivot and laterally move the second end. The link member is engaged with the block member at a second pivot toward the second end to pivot the block member at the second pivot and laterally move an end of the block member that faces the first end.
ERGONOMIC SEATING ASSEMBLIES AND METHODS
Seating assemblies and methods are disclosed. A seating assembly can comprise a seat, a back support, and a frame component. The frame component can extend from a bottom portion, positioned near an underside of the seat, to a top portion, configured to maintain the back support at a position above the seat. The back support can laterally extend from a left edge portion to a right edge portion and can include a spring member at or near each of the left and right edge portions. The spring member can include at least one undulation or are providing integrated compression adaptation to a user. The seating assembly can further comprise a tilt mechanism, engaged with the frame component, including one or more leaf springs and a spring contact assembly. The spring contact assembly can be positioned on a top side of the one or more leaf springs.
ARMREST STRUCTURE FOR A CHAIR
The invention includes a connecting seat having a sleeve. A height adjustment rod is disposed in the sleeve and has two symmetric boards. Each of the boards is formed with recesses. A receiving room is formed between the two boards. An elevation rod is disposed in the sleeve. An end of the elevation rod has a projection received in the receiving room. Another end of the elevation rod has a connecting seat with a cylinder and a spring. An armrest set has a tube and an armrest connected atop the tube. The tube is received in the sleeve and sheathes the height adjustment rod and elevation rod. A top of the tube is formed with a channel for receiving a trigger. A fixing bar passes through the projection and is embedded into one of the recesses.
