Complementary metal oxide semiconductor differential antenna transmit-receive switches with power combining circuitry for orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing systems
A radio frequency (RF) transmit-receive switch has an antenna port, first and second transmit differential ports and first and second receive differential ports. Transmit transistor switches are connected to the transmit differential ports. Primary and secondary windings of a transmit coupled inductor transformer are connected to the transmit transistor switches. Receive transistor switches are connected to the receive differential ports. Primary and secondary windings of a receive coupled inductor transformer are connected to the receive transistor switches. A first balun inductive winding is connected to the antenna port, and a second balun inductive winding is connected to the transistor switches.
Transmitter local oscillator leakage suppression
A system for reducing a local oscillator leakage component. The system includes a transmitter channel to transmit data modulated using a transmitter local oscillator frequency. A transmitted signal includes a transmitter local oscillator leakage component. The system also includes a receiver channel to receive the transmitted signal using a receiver local oscillator signal having a frequency offset from the transmitter local oscillator frequency. The received signal includes the transmitter local oscillator leakage component isolated from one or more receiver impairments. The system further includes a feedback loop from the receiver channel to the transmitter channel to identify a power of the isolated transmitter local oscillator leakage component and to generate a local oscillator leakage cancellation signal based on the identified power.

Multi-band antennas include one or more duplexers configured to provide isolation of non-linearities generated along a downlink path of RF signals transmitted from the multi-band antenna from an uplink path of RF signals received by the multi-band antenna.
IOT automation and data collection system
A system and method for automating a deployment site served by a distributed antenna system (DAS) is disclosed. The deployment site is configured with a plurality of remote antenna units (RAU). At least one of the plurality of remote antenna units includes a first transceiver for uplinking and downlinking a signal of a cellular service and at least one second transceiver for uplinking a signal of at least one electrical element. Data from the at least one second transceiver received from an electrical element is collected and routed to an electrical element data collector configured to aggregate the collected data. Adjustments to and optimization of a device within the deployment site are based on the collected data.
Front end circuit and wireless communication device
A front end circuit includes a variable matching circuit connected to a diplexer and a switch connector connected between an antenna port and the diplexer. The variable matching circuit selectively connects matching circuits to a signal path. When one of the matching circuits is connected, the impedance as viewed from the switch connector matches an impedance of a measurement circuit near a normalized impedance of 1 in a predetermined communication band, whereas when the other matching circuit is connected, the impedance viewed from the antenna port conjugate-matches the impedance of an antenna circuit in a predetermined communication band.
System and method for a directional coupler module
In accordance with an embodiment, a circuit includes a first directional coupler comprising a first input port, a first transmitted port, a first isolated port and a first coupled port, where the first directional coupler disposed on a first substrate. The circuit also includes a first direction select switch having a first switch input port coupled to the first isolated port, a second switch input port coupled to the first coupled port, and a first switch output port, where the first direction select switch is disposed on the first substrate along with the directional coupler.

A method and an apparatus for integrating a surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter and a transceiver are provided to solve the problem of having a large area of the prior-art integration of a SAW filter and a transceiver; wherein a device for integrating a SAW filter and a transceiver is provided and a component stack method is used to accomplish the integration of the SAW filter and the transceiver, and thus besides featuring a low cost and a small area as well as avoiding a signal loss, the invention can further include a design of encapsulating other components and chips, or even suitable to be used for various integrated circuit packaging technologies (such as QFP and BGA, etc.)
Duplex unit
A duplex unit allowing simultaneous transmission and reception of microwave signals on at least partly overlapping frequency bands, comprising an interference canceller unit and a control unit, the duplex unit being arranged to receive a transmit signal and to output a first part of the transmit signal at an antenna port, the duplex unit further being arranged to receive a receive signal comprising a payload signal at the antenna port, and to output a combination of the receive signal and a filtered transmit signal as an interference suppressed receive signal of the duplex unit.
