CHANNEL STATE INFORMATION FEEDBACK METHOD AND COMMUNICATIONS APPARATUS
A channel state information feedback method includes: a terminal receives first indication information from a network device, and the terminal sends channel state information to the network device. The first indication information is used to indicate a type of a right multiplication matrix in a first codebook, and the first codebook satisfies a formula (I). W is the first codebook, W.sub.1 is a port selection matrix, (II) is a linear superposition coefficient matrix, W.sub.f is the right multiplication matrix, and (III) is a conjugate transpose of W.sub.f, and is used by the terminal to determine the channel state information based on the first codebook. According to the method, when there are a plurality of codebooks, the codebook used by the terminal to obtain the CSI can be clearly indicated.

Methods and systems for CSI-RS port selection for CSI-reporting
According to certain embodiments, a method in a network node, is disclosed. The method comprises selecting a sub set from a predetermined set of P CSI-RS ports for receiving channel information. The network node comprises an antenna array with controllable polarization. Each CSI-RS port corresponds to a combination of a set of resource elements and an antenna port of said antenna array. The predetermined set comprises a first number P1 of CSI-RS ports with a first polarization state and a second number P2 of CSI-RS ports with a second polarization state. The first and second polarization states are distinct. The method further comprises populating the subset with Q CSI-RS pons in such mariner that the ratio of CSI-RS pons respectively having the first and second polarization states is equal to the ratio of the first and second numbers.

Allocation of bandwidth among communication links in distributed antenna system
The present disclosure describes devices, systems, and methods for allocating bandwidth among communication links in a telecommunication system. Some aspects can involve identifying multiple transmission modes used to transmit downlink signals via remote units of a telecommunications system to groups of terminal devices. Each group of terminal devices may receive downlink signals using a respective transmission mode. Respective weights can be assigned to the groups of terminal devices based on the transmission modes. The downlink signals, which are provided to each remote unit associate with each group of terminal devices, can be configured using a respective signal power that is associated with a respective weight for the group of terminal devices associated with the respective remote unit.
Adaptive joint and non-joint QCL indication via UE report
In one aspect, a method of wireless communication includes receiving, by a user equipment (UE), data from one or more beam pairs of a plurality of beams at least partially concurrently; determining, by the UE, one or more signal parameters for the one or more beam pairs; determining, by the UE, one or more joint quasi co-located (QCL) indicators for the one or more beam pairs and one or more non-joint QCL indicators for the one or more beam pairs; and transmitting, by the UE, a measurement report including the one or more joint QCL indicators and the one or more non-joint QCL indicators. In another aspect, a method of wireless communication includes determining a particular beam or beams for transmitting second data based on the measurement report; and transmitting the second data using the particular beam or beams. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.
