Portable rebounding device
A method for generating a rebounding motion between a person and a stationary surface comprising the steps of providing a rebounding device that includes a front member, a rear member, and a spring mechanism positioned between the front member and the rear member for allowing the front member and rear member to move toward and away from one another. The method further includes the steps of positioning the rear member against the stationary surface and the front member adjacent to an upper body of the person and the stationary surface, and applying pressure to the rebounding device through the upper body such that the upper body moves toward from the stationary surface while a lower body of the person remains in place.

A portable therapeutic unit and system for treating a back, a neck, or the back and the neck of a user is disclosed. The therapeutic unit includes a first seat, a back support, a hinge, and a metal back. The first seat is designed for the user to sit thereupon. The back support is designed to support a back of the user. The hinge pivotally connects the first seat and the back support. The metal back is connected to the back support, with the metal back magnetically coupling with an attachment magnet. Further, the attachment magnet couples to a therapeutic aid to deliver treatment to the user.

A back cushioning device is configured for pressure redistribution each of a cervical region, a thoracic region, a lumbar region, a sacral region, and a coccyx region of a spine of an individual with a medical condition or deformity. A vertical channel is formed along a length of the cushioning support matrix. The vertical channel is spaced apart from the first end and extends to the second end of the cushioning support matrix. The vertical channel is configured to receive the spine of the individual. A horizontal channel is formed along a width of the cushioning support matrix, the horizontal channel is perpendicular to the vertical channel.
