A relay apparatus includes a processor and a storage unit, wherein the processor is configured to implement the following by executing a program stored in the storage unit: a first communication unit that receives uplink data associated with first identification information from a base station; a division integration unit that determines to transmit the uplink data to the mobile network associated with the first identification information among a plurality of mobile networks; a converter that converts a first parameter, which is included in the uplink data received from the base station, into a second parameter on the basis of the first identification information; and a second communication unit that transmits the uplink data including the second parameter to the mobile network associated with the first identification information.
Phase noise removal in a network of radio frequency (RF) repeaters
A wireless communication system includes a first communication device and a second communication device. The second communication device captures over-the-air a mmWave RF signal of a specified frequency having a defined pilot tone transmitted by the first communication device. The second communication device extracts at least one RF signal from a plurality of RF signals corresponding to different communication protocols from the captured mmWave RF signal, estimates phase-noise in the at least one extracted RF signal, and down-converts the at least one extracted RF signal to a source frequency. The second communication device further reduces the phase noise in the at least one extracted RF signal concurrently at the down-convert and utilizes the at least one extracted RF signal with reduced phase noise for further distribution to one or more end-user devices.

An origination device (e.g., a base station) combines and encodes first user data and second user data, having similar QoS requirements, to generate a multiuser packet. In some cases, the origination device dual-encodes the multiuser packet. The multiuser packet is transmitted to one or more signal forwarding devices that each serve at least one of the users associated with the data contained in the multiuser packet. The signal forwarding device decodes the multiuser packet to obtain the first and second user data. The signal forwarding device transmits at least one portion of the multiuser packet, as single-encoded signals, to one or more appropriate destination devices (e.g., UE devices).

The transmitter may be configured to transmit one of the respective messages.
