Electric-Assisted Leisure Lifting Recliner
An electric-assisted leisure lifting recliner includes a back frame pivotably mounted to a seat frame unit. A footrest unit includes a connecting portion pivotably connected to a front end of the seat frame unit. First and second frames are pivotably connected to a base unit and the seat frame unit and are operable to move the seat frame unit vertically. A telescopic rod is pivotably connected to an actuating block and the connecting portion. An actuator pivotably connected to the actuating block can move the footrest unit to an extended state and to recline the back frame. When the connecting portion abuts against the seat frame unit, the telescopic rod can be shortened to independently recline the back frame. When a length of the actuator is shortened, the first and second frames and the seat frame unit are lifted, and a rear end of the seat frame rises.
Furniture member with recline and tilt
A furniture member may include a base assembly, a seat assembly, a tilt mechanism, and a recliner actuator. The seat assembly includes a seat bottom, a seatback, and a seat base frame. The seat base frame includes armrest members. The tilt mechanism includes a tilt actuator attached to the base assembly and a plurality of links. The tilt mechanism moves the seat bottom, seatback and seat base frame relative to the base assembly between upright and rearward tilt positions. The recline actuator is mounted to the seat base frame and the seat bottom and moves the seat bottom relative to the armrest members between forward and rearward positions. Movement of the seat bottom between the forward and rearward positions causes movement of the seatback relative to the seat bottom between reclined and non-reclined positions. The recline actuator and the tilt actuator are operable independently of each other.
RECLINING ARMCHAIR WITH LIFTING SEAT AND EXTENDING FOOTREST
An armchair comprising a seat chassis supported on a support chassis by a pair of support columns, a chair back structure pivotally attached to a rear end of the seat chassis and to the support chassis, and a leg support structure pivotally attached to a front end of the seat chassis and connected to a beam, wherein the beam is attached the chair back structure. A first actuating device is mounted to the chair back, where a protracting end of the first actuating device is connected to the seat chassis. The armchair further comprises a second actuating device mounted to the support chassis, a footrest connected to a protracting end of the second actuating device, a third actuating device attached to the seat chassis, and a seating structure connected to a protracting end of the third actuating device and mounted above the seat chassis, wherein the seating structure includes an operative position projecting upwards and forwards by the third actuating device at a tilting angle from the seat chassis.
Leg Extension for Procedure Chair
An extension assembly for a procedure chair leg pad includes a frame and a leg pad assembly. The frame attaches to deployment tracks of the procedure chair through frame arms and includes a slot(s). At least one slot includes detents configured to receive and selectively restrain a guide member. The leg pad assembly is disposed in proximity to the frame and includes a guide member(s) extending therefrom, through a slot and movable relative to the frame. The leg pad assembly may be moved forward and rearward by manual adjustment, moving the guide members through their respective slots. Detents along the slots restrain the guide member at predefined positions until sufficient force is applied to overcome the geometry of the detent. A detent(s) is configured to prevent vertical movement of the leg pad assembly when stowed vertically, but still allow movement in a deployed position.
Furniture member with adjustable seat depth
A furniture member may include a seat base frame, a seat bottom, and a seatback. The seat bottom may be attached to the seat base frame. The seatback may be attached to the seat base frame and may include a seatback frame and a seat-depth-adjustment mechanism. The seat-depth-adjustment mechanism may include a backrest support member and a seat-depth-adjustment actuator. The seat-depth-adjustment actuator may be mounted to the seatback frame and may be drivingly coupled to the backrest support member to move the backrest support member relative to the seatback frame and the seat bottom between a retracted position and an extended position.
SEATING AND/OR LOUNGING FURNITURE
A seating and/or lounging furniture includes: a seat frame; an extendable footrest; a footrest frame, which is displaceable on the seat frame, and on the front end of which the footrest is held movably, pivotable around a pivot axis; at least one drive for displacement of the footrest frame along a displacement distance relative to the seat frame; and at least one operating rod for swinging the footrest in and out, around the pivot axis, wherein the operating rod is connected at one end to the footrest, while the other end of the operating rod is connected to the seat frame by means of a hinge mechanism, so that displacement of the footrest frame over at least 60%, preferably over at least 80%, and extremely preferably over at least 90% of the displacement distance causes a simultaneous pivoting movement of the footrest about the pivot axis.
Furniture member with foldable pawl and ratchet assembly
A rocking furniture member may include a base frame, a seat assembly, a legrest mechanism, and a pawl assembly. The seat assembly may include a ratchet rack having a plurality of teeth. The pawl assembly may include a support link, a pawl arm, and an actuation link. The support link is rotatably coupled to the base frame. The pawl arm is rotatably attached to the support link and selectively engages one of the ratchet teeth. The actuation link may be attached to the pawl arm and may be coupled to the legrest mechanism such that movement of the legrest mechanism into the extended position moves the pawl arm into engagement with the ratchet rack and movement of the legrest mechanism toward the retracted position causes rotation of the pawl arm relative to the support link and disengages the pawl arm from the ratchet rack.
Conveyance seat
A conveyance seat for reducing the degree of rattling includes a link group for switching a state of an ottoman, an advancing/retreating member for moving straight while advancing/retreating for moving each link, and a tip end receiver attached to a tip end portion of the advancing/retreating member and for receiving drive force of the advancing/retreating member to transmit the drive force to the link group, which includes a sub-link assembled to one of two crosslinks via a rivet and for swinging by the transmitted drive force. In a case where a first trajectory upon rotation of a fixing portion of the tip end portion of the advancing/retreating member about the point of support in rotation and a second trajectory upon rotation of a portion of the sub-link about the rivet are projected onto a virtual plane perpendicular to an axial direction of the rivet, both trajectories cross each other.
Furniture member with powered wall-proximity mechanism
A furniture member includes a base frame, a seat assembly, a motor assembly, a legrest mechanism and a wall-proximity mechanism. The seat assembly is supported by the base frame and includes a seat frame, a seat bottom, a seat back and a legrest. The legrest is movable between a retracted position and an extended position. The seat back is movable between an upright position and a reclined position. The motor assembly includes a draw bar that moves along a motor extrusion housing from an initial position to a first position and to a second position. The legrest mechanism is driven by the draw bar to move the legrest between the retracted and extended positions. The wall-proximity mechanism is driven by the draw bar to translate the seat frame forward relative to the base frame in response to movement of the draw bar from the first position to the second position.
