METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR INTERFERENCE ESTIMATION IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION NETWORKS
An apparatus including a processor configured to receive a digital communication signal, wherein the digital communication signal includes a common reference signal and transmitted data. The processor determines a first interfering channel matrix for a first interfering cell based on a channel estimation of the common reference signal, and estimates a first power offset ratio and a first effective pre-coding matrix for the first interfering cell by evaluating a maximum likelihood metric, wherein the maximum likelihood metric is based on a first interfering channel correlation. The processor then reconstructs a channel covariance matrix based on the estimated first power offset ratio and the first effective pre-coding matrix and detects the transmitted data based on the reconstructed channel covariance matrix.

Method for Processing Concurrent Services and Terminal
A method for processing concurrent services and a terminal can effectively ensure that a service with a higher service priority maintains better service transmission quality in the concurrent services. The concurrent services include a first service and a second service. A service priority of the first service is higher than a service priority of the second service. The method includes: obtaining, by a terminal, channel quality information of a channel that carries the concurrent services; and blocking, by the terminal, the second service when the channel quality information meets a preset blocking condition.

RANGE BASED HANDSHAKE FOR WIRELESS COMMUNICATION
Aspects of the present disclosure provide apparatus, methods, processing systems, and computer readable mediums for channel and/or resource selection for sidelink communications. In some cases, a transmitter user equipment UE may transmit, on a sidelink channel used for communicating with other UEs, a control message indicating at least one range, monitor for feedback associated with detection of the control message by one or more other UEs within the indicated range, and transmit data if the feedback indicates at least that the sidelink channel is free.
Systems, methods, and devices for electronic spectrum management for identifying signal-emitting devices
Apparatus and methods for identifying a wireless signal-emitting device are disclosed. The apparatus is configured to sense and measure wireless communication signals from signal-emitting devices in a spectrum. The apparatus is operable to automatically detect a signal of interest from the wireless signal-emitting device and create a signal profile of the signal of interest; compare the signal profile with stored device signal profiles for identification of the wireless signal-emitting device; and calculate signal degradation data for the signal of interest based on information associated with the signal of interest in a static database including noise figure parameters of a wireless signal-emitting device outputting the signal of interest. The signal profile of the signal of interest, profile comparison result, and signal degradation data are stored in the apparatus.
Devices and methods for robust measurement and data receiving
Devices and methods of simultaneous data reception and measurement are generally described. A UE transmits to an eNB antenna capacity and receives a Beamformed Reference Signal (BRS) configuration in response. Beamformed signals from the eNB include a BRS subframe in accordance with the BRS configuration. The BRS subframe has a BRS whose structure depends on the UE antenna capacity. If the UE has a single antenna panels, neither an EPDCCH nor a PDSCH for the UE is in the BRS frame. If the UE has a single antenna panels and multiple ports or multiple antenna panels, the BRS may contain an EPDCCH or PDSCH for the UE as different ports or antenna panels may be assigned different functionality. The UE measures BRS Received Power (BRS-RP) of the BRS, transmits a BRS report based on the BRS-RP and selects an optimal beam based on BRS-RPs from BRSs of the beams.
