METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MITIGATING SIGNAL INTERFERENCE IN A FEEDBACK SYSTEM
A system that incorporates the subject disclosure may include, for example, a process that includes adjusting a filter in electrical communication between an input terminal and a demodulator. The filter is applied to an information bearing signal, e.g., to mitigate interference, received at the input terminal, resulting in a filtered signal. An error signal is received, indicative of errors detected within information obtained by demodulation of a modulated carrier of the filtered signal. A modified filter state is determined in response to the error signal and the filter is adjusted according to the modified filter state, e.g., to improve mitigation of the interference. Other embodiments are disclosed.

A system includes a method for detecting a signal interference in a communication signal of a wireless communication system. An identified source of the signal interference is determined according to an interference profile of a plurality of interference profiles associated with an interference profile library having information that approximates characteristics of the signal interference. The signal interference of the communication signal is mitigated according to an interference parameter associated with the identified source by filtering the communication signal according to the interference parameter.

An uplink power control method and an device is provided. The uplink power control method includes: sending a configured measurement pilot, wherein the measurement pilot is corresponding to information about a precoding matrix; and sending a configured power control parameter, wherein the power control parameter is corresponding to the configured measurement pilot, and the power control parameter is used to control transmit power of a terminal device in a serving cell. Disclosed are also methods and devices for configuring an amplification unit of a circuit arrangement, in which the power of a received signal is detected by means of N measured values in a measurement window, and the amplification unit is configured based upon the detected power and one or more reference values or reference patterns.

In addition, novel localization apparatus and methods is presented in this application that can be applied for general localization/tracking purposes.

A terminal apparatus includes: a receiver configured to receive an RRC message including an index of a random access preamble corresponding to one of one or multiple SS blocks or an index of a random access preamble corresponding to one of one or multiple CSI-RSs transmitted by a base station apparatus; a configuration unit configured to, in a case that a reference signal received power of at least one of the one or multiple SS blocks or at least one of the one or multiple CSI-RS blocks exceeds a prescribed threshold value, select one of the one or multiple SS blocks or one of the one or multiple CSI-RS blocks with the reference signal received power exceeding the prescribed threshold value, and set a preamble index to an index of the random access preamble corresponding to the selected one of the one or multiple SS blocks or the selected one of the one or multiple CSI-RSs; and a transmitter configured to transmit a random access preamble corresponding to the preamble index.
