Secure package delivery container and method
Disclosed herein is a secure package delivery container for receiving an article that does not require credentials to be input by the delivery person. The storage container comprises a container having a door secured by a user engageable locking device operable to be locked without credentials and upon input from the user. A lock activation device is operatively coupled to the user engageable locking device for receiving input from the user. A communications device is provided to communicate with an external device to report the state of the container, activation of the lock, and to receive instructions to lock or unlock the container. A sensing device is provided for identifying the presence of an object in the container. Additionally, sensors are provided to determine the location of container and the presence of delivery personnel. A user engageable opening device is provided to open or close the door when the user engageable locking device is in an unlocked state.
PACKABLE CHAIR FOR TRANSPORTING CONTAINERS
A packable chair is provided that is transformable between multiple configurations, including a storage configuration and a chair configuration. In the storage configuration, the portions of the packable chair are arranged and fastened to define an enclosed volume in which containers and other items can be stored. A user can wear the packable chair like a backpack in this storage configuration to transport the contents from, for example, a car to a location on a beach. Then, the contents can be removed from the enclosed volume, and the portions can be rearranged to form the chair configuration where a user can lounge and access the contents of the containers. The chair is also capable of achieving a travel configuration in which the chair can be worn as a backpack for convenient transportation without stowing a user's items.
Portable seat assembly
A portable seat assembly for facilitating a user to be seated in any location includes a pole that is insertable into ground having the pole being vertically oriented. A stop is positionable around the pole to inhibit over insertion of the pole into the ground. A seat is removably attachable to the pole to facilitate a user to sit thereon. Additionally, the seat has a storage chamber integrated therein for storing objects. A lid is removably attachable to the seat and a cushion is coupled to the lid for the user to sit upon. A strap is removably attachable to the seat for wearing over the user's shoulders to carry the seat.

Tamper resistant self-locking package delivery system
A self-locking parcel delivery apparatus and method includes a tamper-resistant compartment beneath a lid of a porch bench seat and insulated for protecting delivered parcels. The apparatus includes a lid that is held open magnetically until proactively released to close and lock (such as by a delivery person) or by a remote user via a primary software application running on a mobile communications device. The apparatus may be operated in conjunction or cooperation with a supplemental software application associated with a video motion detection system so that a remote user can authenticate a supposed delivery person and then, using another software app, activate a remote delivery container to be made ready to receive a delivered parcel.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL FOLDABLE STOOL
The present disclosure provides a multifunctional collapsible stool including a collapsible stool body. An upper end and a lower end of the collapsible stool body include an upper seat and a lower seat respectively, the collapsible stool body includes a cavity, and an upper cover capable of opening and closing the cavity is mounted on the upper seat. A rear end of the upper seat is rotatably connected to a backup ring located between the upper seat and the upper cover. A rear end of the upper cover is rotatably connected to the rear end of the upper seat. The multifunctional collapsible stool designed this way can be utilized as a closestool or a garbage bin with the upper cover opened in addition to being utilized as a stool. Further, the multifunctional collapsible stool may also be utilized for storage. With these functions, the use requirements of more consumers can be satisfied.
Yoga stool
A yoga or exercise stool may have a seat portion and a base portion; the base portion having window slot(s) formed in a front side, a rear side, or both; a handle slot formed at least in one side, such as the front side, at or near the top; horizontal gripping slot(s) formed in the left side, the right side, or both, at or near the top; and vertical gripping slot(s) formed in the left side, the right side, or both, at or near the bottom; advantageously four such slots being formed near the bottom corners of the left and right sides. A yoga stool also may have a base portion, and a seat portion on top of the base portion, wherein the seat portion has an internal firm support member such as a solid slat, and preferably softer material such as foam rubber surrounding the support member, at least on the left and right sides. The yoga stool may include opposed side elements joined by a rear element and front element with a removable top element that may be U-Shaped to allow for additional poses or exercises.
Sofa frame, sofa frame vertical support bar and assembled sofa
A sofa frame, a vertical support bar and an assembled sofa. The sofa frame includes two side boards, a face board connected between the front ends of the two side boards and a back board connected between the rear ends of the two side boards. The two side boards, the face board and the back board forms a detachable frame structure. Between the face board and the back board, a vertical support bar is connected. The rear side of the vertical support bar is fixed with a connecting piece. By fixing and connecting the connecting piece and the back board, the support of the back board is strengthened. The lower end of the vertical support bar is connected with a support leg to contact the ground. The sofa frame is a detachable structure, which can be disassembled for packaging and transportation, and assembled again later.
Outdoor chaise lounge with integrated lock-box to secure valuables
An outdoor chaise lounge may include a frame, multiple legs coupled to and extending below the frame to support the frame, a seat member coupled to the frame to enable a user to sit or lay on the seat member, a lock-box fixedly supported by the frame that enables a user of the outdoor chaise lounge to store and lock items therein. The lock-box may include a lock-box door inclusive of a user interface that enables a user to lock and unlock the lock-box. A door member may be coupled to the seat member and have a closed position and an open position such that when said door member is in the open position, the user has access to the user interface on the lock-box door.
Bucket lid with underswivel
A combination bucket lid and seat permits a user to access contents of the bucket while the user is seated. The lid has a lip for engaging the bucket, and an opening configured to receive a hand of a user for removing the bucket contents. The opening is selectively covered by a door that is attached to the lid. The door is movable between a closed position and an opened position. The door is configured to cover the opening of the lid in the closed position and uncover the opening of the lid in the open position. The main body has a pad that allows the user to be comfortable while sitting atop the combination bucket lid. More specifically, the door may be attached to the lid by a hinge, or rotatable about an axis of rotation, to selectively cover and uncover the opening.
