An adjustable bench comprises a seat, a skirt extending from the seat, and a plurality of height adjustable leg assemblies coupled to the skirt. The seat is shaped to be selectively mated with the skirt to provide the bench with either a flat top surface or a sloped top surface.

A transformable seat assembly which includes a seat support structure and a seat connected to the seat support structure with a hinge. The hinge defines an axis of rotation. A back support structure connected to the seat support structure, which extends in an upward direction relative to the seat support structure. A back cushion is secured to the back support structure and a lumbar cushion extends along the back support structure positioned between the back cushion and the seat, wherein the lumbar cushion is releasably secured to one of the back cushion or the back support structure and an end portion of the seat positioned closer to the back support structure with the seat positioned in an occupant support position than the hinge, can rotate in a direction of rotation about the axis of rotation, which includes the upward direction and a direction away from the back support structure.

A collapsible stool entertainment system. The collapsible stool entertainment system includes an elongated rod having a first end opposite a second end. A seat portion is affixed to the first end and a base portion is affixed to the second end. A plurality of teeth extends from a lower surface of the base portion to engage a ground surface for additional stability. In some embodiments, the second end of the elongated rod is pivotally secured to an upper surface of the base portion via a ball-and-socket joint system, wherein the second end comprises a ball removably securable within a socket disposed on the base portion.

A double-layered foldable storage stool, including a non-foldable stool cap and a foldable stool base. The front and back surfaces of the stool cap can be matched with the unfolded stool base. The stool base has a cuboid structure provided with a storage chamber, a foldable rectangular inner stool body is provided in the storage chamber of the stool base, and a support plate body is provided inside the inner stool body.

A self-locking parcel delivery apparatus and method includes a tamper-resistant compartment beneath a bench seat and insulated for protecting delivered parcels. The apparatus includes a lid that is held open magnetically until proactively released to close and locked by a remote user via a software application running on a mobile communications device. The apparatus may be operated in conjunction or cooperation with a software application associated with a video motion detection system so that a remote user can authenticate a supposed delivery person and then, using another software app, activate a remote delivery container to be made ready to receive a delivered parcel.

A portable chair apparatus for assisting the user with comfort, storage, and transportation includes a base, a seat with an opening, a storage compartment between the base and the seat, a back support column, a lumbar support piece, a handle, and a light. The back support column is adjustable relative to the seat between an open and closed position. The lumbar support piece is adjustable along the back support column and is sized to fit within the opening of the seat when the back support column is in the closed position. The light is on the top surface of the back support column. The chair can further include a handle having a light directed towards the space in front of the user when holding the chair. A furniture object includes a load-bearing support assembly, a seating assembly, and a seal assembly. The load-bearing support assembly may support a structural load. The load-bearing support assembly includes a plurality of load-bearing beams. The seating assembly may receive the structural load such that the seating assembly conducts the structural load to the load-bearing support assembly. The seal assembly includes a partition structure configured to define a sealable aperture into an interior of the furniture object. The load-bearing beams, the seating assembly, and the seal assembly collectively define a sealable enclosure within an interior of the furniture object, such that the furniture object may hold a plurality of separate pieces of a separate furniture object within the enclosure, and the partition structure may detach from a remainder structure of the seal assembly to enable removal of the plurality of separate pieces from the enclosure through the opened aperture.

A parcel storage bench assembly for securing a delivered parcel for an authorized user includes a bench that is positionable proximate a parcel delivery location of a building. The bench has a storage compartment integrated therein for receiving a parcel. Moreover, the bench has a lid thereon for opening and closing the storage compartment. A combination lock is coupled to the bench and the combination lock engaging the lid when the lid is closed. Thus, the combination lock secures the parcel in the bench. A pre-determined code is selectively entered into the combination lock by an authorized user thereby facilitating the authorized user to open the lid and remove the parcel from the bench.

Described herein is a multi-functional seating and resting device. The device is generally comprised of a pair of hemispheres forming a hexagonal shape and movable between a first position and a second position. The first position generally forms the hexagonal structure defining an interior core with a cavity for the placement of items. In the second position, the hemispheres are generally placed in an adjacent position next to each other to form a surface for seating on by a user. The device is preferably constructed from a foam material for comfort and durability.
