Bed Microclimate Control Based on Sampling
A bed system includes microclimate control capabilities for providing quality sleep experience. The bed system can include a microclimate control subsystem configured to supply conditioned air (e.g., heated or cooled air) to a mattress, or draw ambient air from the mattress, to achieve a desired temperature at the top of the mattress. Utilizing supply of conditioned air to provide air at desired temperature to the mattress system, or utilizing air suction to drain heat away from the mattress system, can provide precise microclimate control at the mattress, thereby permitting conformable sleep.

Disassemble bed frame
A disassemble bed frame includes two longitudinal supporting arms, a plurality of bed slats, and a plurality of clearance lockers. Each of the supporting arms has a plurality of engaging slots spacedly formed at an inner side thereof, such that the engaging slots along the supporting arms are aligned when the supporting arms are extended parallelly. Two end portions of each of the bed slats are received at two of the engaging slots of said supporting arms respectively, such that the bed slats are spacedly extended between the supporting arms. The clearance lockers are detachably coupled at the supporting arms and are biased against the end portions of the bed slats to minimize clearances of the end portions of the bed slats within the engaging slots and to prevent the bed slats being detached from the supporting arms.
CONNECTOR, FRAME UNIT AND BUNK BED FRAME HAVING SAME
A frame unit includes first and second bars spaced apart from each other, third bars disposed between the first and second bars, and connectors removably connecting the third bars with the first and second bars. A connector includes a body fixedly connected with the first or second bar, a casing defining an interior to receive an end of a third bar, and a slot allowing insertion of the end of the third bar into the casing. The interior defined by the casing has narrow and wide sides corresponding to the narrow and wide sides of the end of the third bar. As such, when the end of the third bar is inserted into the casing, the end of the third bar is prevented from any translational movement within the casing. The connectors allow quick and easy connection of bars, and in the meantime enhance the stability of the frame unit.
INTERCONNECTOR AND A BED USING THE SAME
An interconnector includes a plate and two pockets. The plate comprising a top and a bottom for contact with a beam. The pockets are formed on the top of the plate. Each of the pockets includes an opening. The openings of the pockets are located on opposite lateral sides of the plate. The openings allow the pockets to receive two bars in parallel to each other in substantially opposite directions.
SLEEPING OR RECLINING FURNITURE WITH A SENSOR
The invention relates to a piece of sleeping or reclining furniture, comprising a support element (2) for applying a padding or a mattress and at least one sensor (12) for detecting vibrations, movement, and/or sound. The piece of sleeping or reclining furniture is characterized in that the at least one sensor (12) is arranged at a section (120) of the support element (2) that is decoupled from further sections of the support element (2) and/or of the sleeping or reclining furniture.
