An online system determines one or more metrics describing consumption of content by various users by identifying users of the online system capable of being identified based on information received from multiple client devices. For example, the online system identifies users associated with user identifiers that are also associated with other types of identifying information (e.g., cookies, device identifiers). From the identified users, the online system generates a set of users based on a distribution of characteristics. The distribution of characteristics may be determined by the online system as characteristics of a group of users or received by the online system from a third party system and describes characteristics of users of the third party system. Based on interactions with content by users in the set, the online system determines one or more metrics describing consumption of content.
Loading a web page in a telecommunication network using an access point server
An internet protocol (IP) access point sends, to a requesting device, a modified version of a first web page comprising first modifications made in accordance with policy handling information, and receives, from the requesting device, a request for a second web page. Responsive to detecting that the request for the second web page comprises one or more of the first modifications, the IP access point sends a modified version of the second web page comprising second modifications made in accordance with the policy handling information to the requesting device.

A robotic catheter procedure system is provided. The robotic catheter procedure system includes a bedside system and a remote workstation. The bedside system includes a percutaneous device and a drive mechanism configured to engage and to impart an axial force to the percutaneous device and to advance and retract the percutaneous device. The bedside system includes an actuator providing torque to the drive mechanism to impart the axial force to the percutaneous device, and the torque provided by the actuator is variable. The remote workstation includes a user interface configured to receive a first user input and a control system operatively coupled to the user interface. The control system is configured to communicate a control signal to the actuator. The control signal is based upon the first user input and a second input, and the actuator provides torque to the drive mechanism in response to the control signal.

The server system retrieves the pricing configuration and provides a response to the first request to the network operator via the API that includes the pricing configuration.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ENABLING DATA USAGE ACCOUNTING THROUGH A RELAY
A method and system for enabling data usage accounting is described herein. The method can be practiced on a computing device that has secure applications and unsecure applications installed thereon. Initially, a request for a data session that includes a final endpoint can be received through a secure application. The request for the data session can be intercepted and modified to cause the request to be re-directed back to the secure application. A connection with a relay server can be initiated instead of the final endpoint such that data usage accounting for the data session is to be conducted at a remote location.

Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, determining a bandwidth utilization of a network, obtaining a request provided by equipment of a user to access requested network content by way of the network, and adjusting, responsive to the bandwidth utilization exceeding a threshold, a data service price for transporting the requested network content to the equipment of the user. A notification of the adjusted data service price is forwarded to the equipment of the user, and an updated request is obtained from the equipment o the user for providing the requested network content, wherein the updated request is responsive to the notification of the adjusted data service price. Transport of the requested network content to the equipment of the user is facilitated according to the updated request. Other embodiments are disclosed.
