The present invention relates generally to the field of virtual private networks. More specifically, the present invention relates to a broadcast system for a virtual private network that broadcasts via a mesh network. Further, the system makes use of a broadcast source server which allocates data from data packets to specific nodes within a location-based regiment database. The database then uses an AI optimization system which further minimizes latency versus standard IP UDP broadcast systems.

An in-vehicle device may receive an alert that includes first vehicle identifying a first vehicle and first location data identifying a first location, and may determine whether a second location of the in-vehicle device is in a geographic area associated with the first location. The in-vehicle device may cause, when the second location is determined to be in the geographic area associated with the first location, images or video to be captured of second vehicles, and may process the captured images or video, with a machine learning model, to determine second vehicle data in real time relative to capturing the images or video. The in-vehicle device may determine whether the second vehicle data substantially includes the first vehicle data, and may provide a notification to a device when the second vehicle data substantially includes the first vehicle data.

The method for group update includes: obtaining a location group for a target area; obtaining dynamic update period of the location group; at each time point determined according to the dynamic update period, obtaining a target location of a target group object in the location group, and querying whether a business object not belonging to the location group exists within the target area; and updating the target group object in the location group according to the obtained target location and a query result. The method and the apparatus for group update and the method and the apparatus for sending a message provided by the present disclosure may implement dynamic update of the group object, and may reduce workloads and costs of group maintenance.

Travel-related-information messages (TRIMS) are received from one or more information sources, and information included in the messages is separated into a first (e.g. TPEG™) or second (e.g. TPEG+) group. A broadcast area to which the information included in the TRIMs is to be broadcast is determined. A further determination indicates that a subset of information assigned to the first group is to be reassigned to the second group. The subset of information is reassigned from the first group to the second group based on parameters associated with the broadcast area. The information included in the first group and the second group is delivered to one or more processing modules that generate a first TRIM reporting message using information included in the first group and a second TRIM reporting message using information included in the second group.

The methods include transmitting a first ranging poll to a plurality of second devices, receiving a polling response message from each of at least a first subset of the second devices, determining a propagation delay for each of the received polling response messages and determining a distance to each of the first subset of the second devices based on at least the respective propagation delays. The methods further include receiving a ranging poll from a second device, wherein the ranging poll is one of a multicast transmission or a broadcast transmission, determining a type of response to be transmitted to the second device based on at least a capability of the first device and transmitting a response of the determined type to the second device.

A sidelink communication method performed by a UE includes receiving from a base station a message including first configuration information of a common resource pool and second configuration information for an occupancy state reporting of the common resource pool. The method also includes receiving from the base station an indicator indicating resources used for sidelink communication within the common resource pool by performing a monitoring operation on resources indicated by the second configuration information and performing sidelink communication using resources other than the resources indicated by the indicator within the common resource pool indicated by the first configuration information.

This application provides a BIER multicast traffic statistics collection method, a device, and a system. The method includes: A first network device obtains a first BIER packet. The first network device performs traffic statistics collection on the first BIER packet based on multicast flow information, to obtain a traffic statistics collection result of the first BIER packet, where the multicast flow information is used to identify a multicast flow to which the first BIER packet belongs.
