Targeted venue message distribution

An application server may receive, from an administrative console, a message and a targeting specification. The targeting specification identifies at least one trait (e.g., ticket type, age, gender) shared by a group of targeted venue guests. The group of targeted venue guests is a subset of the plurality of venue guests of a venue. The application server then uses information obtained from venue guest devices corresponding to venue guests to identify who belongs to the group targeted venue guests as well as their corresponding targeted venue guest devices. The application server then transmits a message to the targeted venue guest devices. The message may further be transmitted according to a schedule set or triggers by the administrator console. The schedule may identify dates and times within which messages should be sent, while the triggers may identify locations that may trigger messages.

GENERATION, CURATION, AND PRESENTATION OF MEDIA COLLECTIONS

Systems and methods are provided for receiving, at a first computing device, a request from a user to activate a new media collection, sending, by the first computing device, the request to a server computer for activation of the new media collection, receiving, by the first computing device, confirmation that the new media collection was activated, receiving, at the first computing device, a plurality of content messages associated with the new media collection, receiving, at the first computing device, from the user, a selection of the plurality of content messages to be included in the new media collection, sending, to the server computer, an indication of the selection of the content messages to be included in the new media collection, wherein the server computer causes the selection of content messages to be included in the new media collection and displayed in response to a request from at least a second computing device to view the new media collection.

Selective communication of messages

A message originator may generate messaging data for selective communication by a messaging provider via an interface generated by a browser software application. The user may also interact with various content providers such that event data is generated based on the user interaction with each content provider. The messaging provider can then obtain the messaging data and the event data to determine a target set of messages to be published. Additionally, the messaging provider can select a set of message recipients to receive, or otherwise access, the target set of messages based on filtering criteria submitted by the message originator, content provider, service provider, and/or message recipients. Credit may be allocated based on activity associated with the communicated messages. The messaging provider may also facilitate additional interaction between the message originator and the message recipients including the initiation of additional communication channels.

System and method for omnichannel text-based routing, transfer, and communication system
11488188 · 2022-11-01 · ·

A system and method for omnichannel text-based routing, transfer, and customer-to-enterprise communications. The system is a cloud-based network containing an interaction control server, a routing engine, an optimization engine, a media translation server, a mobile application, a business entity portal, mobile and compute devices for business enterprise and customer, and an enterprise database. Taken together or in part, said system optimizes customer interactions by delivering context aware text message, chat or email to customers; and when requested by customer, optimally routes with context, based upon a multitude of variables, to best available resource to handle the customer interaction. The system may be accessed through web browsers or purpose-built computer and mobile phone applications.

DISTRIBUTED MESSAGE QUEUE STREAM VERIFICATION

A stream verification system for a distributed message queue system with metric collectors on each producer and consumer. A producer time stamp allows correlation of sent and received messages. Verification reports are organized by a message topic. A cumulative checksum allows detection of missing or corrupted messages. Verification messages are used to determine if a zero message report means no messages were sent, or rather that the messages weren't received.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR LINK-INITIATED DYNAMIC-MODE COMMUNICATIONS
20220060861 · 2022-02-24 ·

A system and method for a dynamic-link communication process between an electronic device and a target product or service by serving content or facilitating communication between two electronic devices. The first step is engagement by an electronic device with an initiator that is linked with a specific product or service that triggers a text message to auto-populate on the electronic device. The message comprising metadata about the specific product or service. The second step is for the electronic device to send the auto-populated message to a message gateway thus initiating the communication between the electronic device and a product or service. The message gateway works with a management service and one or more databases to send content back to the electronic device or to facilitate and convert messages between the electronic device and a second electronic device, the second electronic device associated with a product or service.

TELECOMMUNICATION METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR SIMPLIFYING COMMUNICATION SUCH AS CONFERENCE CALLS

A method of simplifying electronic communications between a plurality of users by communication implementation and management. Each user has an electronic identifier, which may be of a type, such as a website address, domain, LinkedIn address, etc. Each identifier is unique to each user. The electronic identifier can be changed at any time prior to contact enabling privacy and the method may be effected on a singular telecommunications platform (SIP) or mixed platform (SIP and PSTN) or other voice or text medium for cost efficiency. The system renders communication between users passive and allows for simultaneous and instantaneous communication while maintaining anonymity of the identifiers used.

MULTICAST ADVERTISEMENT MESSAGE FOR A NETWORK SWITCH IN A STORAGE AREA NETWORK

In some examples, a network switch can connect to another network device in a Storage Area Network (SAN) to allow the network switch and the other network device to transfer data therebetween. The network switch can further receive a multicast advertisement message from the other network device. The network switch can parse the advertisement message to identify LUN metadata attributes for the other networking device.

Message push method and terminal
11258871 · 2022-02-22 · ·

A message push method, where a first push client determines, based on a security level indication mark, whether the first push client needs to process the push message, and when the first push client does not need to process the push message, forwards the push message to a second push client for processing. In this way, a terminal can perform, based on security level indication marks, differentiated processing on push messages of different security levels such that security processing is performed on sensitive information of a relatively high security level. This avoids information leakage in a process of processing, by the terminal, the sensitive information of the relatively high security level, thereby resolving a push message security processing problem.

Method and apparatus for sending a push content

A terminal receiving a push message is provided. The terminal receives a push message sent by a server, determines that the push message matches a service that the terminal is allowed to receive according to a service control condition which specifies application identifiers (app IDs) corresponding to services that the terminal is allowed to receive. The terminal then performs a service processing corresponding to the received push message.
