LUMINAIRE FOR REMOTE MONITORING OF POWER USAGE
An intrinsically safe (IS) luminaire disposed in a hazardous environment provides visible light and serves as a primary, auxiliary, back-up, and/or charging source of IS DC power for external devices disposed in the hazardous environment, such as process control devices and equipment. The luminaire includes a power converter that converts received power into DC power, an IS barrier that converts the DC power into IS DC power native to or utilized by a recipient external device, and a power distribution port via which IS DC power is delivered to the external device. In some configurations, the luminaire monitors communicates statuses, alerts, and/or other information corresponding to delivering IS DC power to one or more external devices to a host and/or portable communication device. The luminaire may include multiple IS barriers of same and/or different IS ratings, and may dynamically control activation/deactivation of the IS barriers and/or usages thereof.

Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for monitoring a computer network for threats using OLAP cubes are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method of monitoring a computer network for threats includes receiving, from a plurality of computing devices on the network, dataset data, asset data, and temporal data, and storing, in an online analytical processing cube for each computing device of the plurality of computing devices, the dataset data within a dataset dimension, the asset data within an asset dimension, and the temporal data within a temporal dimension. The method further includes searching one or more online analytical processing cubes for correlated data within two or more of the dataset dimension, the asset dimension, and the temporal dimension satisfying an alert metric, and issuing an alert when correlated data satisfies the alert metric.
Systems and methods for improved processing of message queries
A method of processing messages executes at a computing device having one or more processors and memory. The memory stores one or more programs configured for execution by the one or more processors. A first message for a user is analyzed for a structured content element. When found, content from a data source distinct from the message is obtained by executing an associated action. A first message display state is formed for the message comprising a message notification and the content. A messaging application user interface, comprising an electronic message list with a plurality of objects, is updated. Responsive to selection of a first object of the plurality of objects, the first object representing the first message, the user is enabled to toggle the first message display state between first and second display states, the second display state differing from the first by providing direct access to the first message.
METHODS, SYSTEMS, AND MEDIA FOR PRESENTING MESSAGES RELATED TO NOTIFICATIONS
Methods, systems, and media for presenting messages related to notifications are provided. In some embodiments, the method comprises: determining notification settings; determining that a notification of a particular type of notification is to be presented on a user device, wherein the particular type of notification is a notification that indicates recommended content to a user of the user device; causing the notification to be presented on the user device; determining that a message containing information related to the notification is to be presented on the user device, wherein the message includes a selectable input that, when selected, causes a user interface for modifying the notification settings to be presented; causing the message to be presented concurrently with the notification on the user device; in response to determining that the selectable input has been selected, causing the user interface for modifying the notification settings to be presented on the user device.
System, method, and computer-readable medium for streaming real-time data from a user device
A method comprising obtaining a phone number of a mobile device used by a user making an emergency call. The emergency call is conducted with a recipient through a first connection. The method also comprises transmitting a uniform resource locator (URL) to the mobile device through an electronic message. The electronic message is transmitted through a second connection using the phone number. The second connection is different from the first connection. The electronic message allows the user to click on the URL to access a web browser on the mobile device, instead of a full application on the mobile device, to establish a WebRTC (Web Real-Time Communication) session to transmit a real-time video stream from the mobile device. The URL is associated with the phone number of the mobile device. The method additionally comprises receiving the real-time video stream from the mobile device through the WebRTC session. The method further comprises sending the real-time video stream to the recipient for display on a screen of the recipient. The real-time video stream is associated with a unique identifier for the mobile. Other embodiments are described.
Efficient real time vehicular traffic reporting and sharing
In one aspect, an exemplary method for sharing traffic data among a plurality of vehicles includes: a first vehicle receiving current traffic data from at least a second vehicle over a first network protocol; the first vehicle transmitting current traffic data from the first vehicle and the current traffic data received from at least the second vehicle to a roadside unit over a second network protocol; the first vehicle receiving processed traffic data from the roadside unit over the second network protocol, the processed traffic data being based on the current traffic data received from the first vehicle and from at least the second vehicle; and the first vehicle transmitting the processed traffic data received from the roadside unit to at least the second vehicle over the first network protocol.
Method and Device for Sending Downlink Information
A method and device for sending downlink information are provided. Specified information to be sent to User Equipment (UE) is determined, and the specified information may include at least one of: system message change information, Earthquake and Tsunami Warning System (ETWS) notification information, Commercial Mobile Alert Service (CMAS) notification information or Extended Access Barring (EAB) parameter change notification information. The specified information is sent to the UE according to a predetermined manner, and the predetermined manner is different from a manner of sending the specified information through a paging message.
PROVIDING STATUS OF USER DEVICES ASSOCIATED WITH A BIOHAZARD
A method includes identifying a first user device potentially associated with a biohazard and identifying a geographic area associated with the biohazard based on previous location information of the first user device. The method further includes identifying a another user device potentially associated with the biohazard based on the geographic area associated with the biohazard and previous location information of the other user device. The method further includes issuing a safety notification to the other user device, where the safety notification includes one or more of the geographic area associated with the biohazard, a safety status request, a safety status level of the first user device, a subset of the previous location information of the first user device, and a subset of the previous location information of the other user device.
INSERTING CONVERTED TEXT-BASED NOTIFICATIONS INTO A MEDIA STREAM
First account information associated with a media delivery platform account is associated with second account information associated a third-party service provider account. Both the media delivery platform account and the third-party service provider account are associated with a particular consumer, and the first account information includes information indicating whether insertion of converted text-based notifications are enabled for a particular broadcast media stream. A text-based notification, which originates from the third-party service provider account and is directed to the particular consumer, is received. In response to determining, based on the first account information, that insertion of converted text-based notifications is enabled for the particular broadcast media stream: 1) the text-based notification into a converted text-based notification including personalized audio content; and 2) the converted-text-based notification is inserted into the particular broadcast media stream.

Systems and methods for feature-based alert triggering are disclosed herein. The system can include memory including a model database containing a machine-learning algorithm. The system can include a user device that can receive inputs from a user; and at least one server. The at least one server can: receive electrical signals from the user device, the electrical signals corresponding to a plurality of user inputs provided to the user device; automatically generate input-based features from the received electrical signals; input the input-based features into the machine-learning algorithm; automatically and directly generate a risk prediction with the machine-learning algorithm from the input-based features; and generate and display an alert when the risk prediction exceeds a threshold value.
