METHOD FOR FORWARDING PACKET IN DATA CENTER NETWORK AND RELATED APPARATUS

This application discloses a method for forwarding a packet in a data center network. A first device obtains an original packet, and adds a first source label to the original packet to obtain a first packet. The first source label includes a forwarding type, an indication field, and an interface sequence. The forwarding type indicates that the first packet supports source label forwarding, the interface sequence indicates a first source label forwarding path of the original packet, and the indication field indicates information that is about an outbound interface and that should be read from the interface sequence. The first device sends the first packet to a next-hop switch through the outbound interface corresponding to the first source label forwarding path. The next-hop switch receives the first packet, and forwards the first packet based on the first source label.

ITEM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR CONNECTED APPLIANCES

An item-management system is provided having a household appliance, a camera assembly, and a controller. The household appliance may include a cabinet. The camera assembly may be directed at the cabinet to capture an image of the cabinet. The controller may be in operative communication with the camera assembly. The controller may have access to an item list of one or more stored items. The controller may be configured to direct an item-management operation. The item-management operation may include receiving the image from the camera assembly, identifying, automatically, based on the received image, a stored item from the item list, determining, based on identifying the stored item, an unsuitable status of the identified stored item to indicate the identified stored item is inappropriate for the household appliance, and directing, based on determining the unsuitable status, a responsive action at the household appliance.

Allowing mobile device to remotely control authorized subset of controllable devices utilizing content available in registered guest room

A mobile device is configurable by a controller to remotely operate a target controllable device, the controller and the target controllable device being part of a hospitality media system. A communication module establishes a connection to the controller and performs data transfer between the mobile device and the controller. A customization module receives customization information from the controller and customizes a user interface of the mobile device accordingly. A status information regarding the target controllable device is received from the controller and displayed on the user interface of the mobile device. A user of the mobile device thereafter issues a command via the user interface to the controller, the command containing instruction intended for the target controllable device. The controller receives the command and operates the target controllable devices in dependence upon instruction contained in the command received from the mobile device.

Systems and methods for managing a network are disclosed. One method can comprise determining presence of a first network device associated with a network. If the first network device is not present, a second network device can be configured to assume authority of the network. If the first network device is present, the second network device can be configured to join the network. Other aspects relate to providing services in an environment having multiple service providers.

DISPLAY METHOD AND APPARATUS

A home automation (HA) system may include addressable HA devices and a user interface device configured to permit user social networking and generate user social networking data based thereon. The HA system may also include a controller and a memory coupled thereto and configured to store measured user health data and determine user physical activity data based upon the addressable HA devices. The controller and the memory may be configured to generate a user health score based upon the user social networking data, user health data, and user physical activity data and communicate the user health score via the cloud.

Network system of home appliance and network setup method of the same

A network system of a home appliance configured to set up a network of the home appliance by using a terminal, and a network set-up method of the same, after converting a home appliance having built with a WIFI module into an AP to enable the terminal to be connected to an AP home appliance, the information stored at the terminal is transmitted to the AP home appliance, and thus the WIFI may be set up without a separate manipulation of a user at the time of setting up the WIFI of the home appliance without adding an input/output apparatus such as a display apparatus or an interface, the set-up value of the AP, the device information, and the device authentication key may be changed, and thus is safer from hack attacks, an AP is not needed to be provided, and thus a cost-related advantage may be obtained.

Data transmission method and smart household control device

A data transmission method and a smart household control device are provided. The smart household control device sends or receives WiFi data within a first preset period in each preset timing cycle if a smart household control device needs to send or receive WiFi data and ZigBee data; and when the first preset period ends, it stops sending or receiving WiFi data, and sends a first control instruction to a wireless access point device, where the first control instruction is used to instruct the wireless access point device to stop sending WiFi data to the smart household control device; and then it sends or receives ZigBee data within a second preset period in each preset timing cycle, where the first preset period and the second preset period do not overlap. So interference can be avoided between WiFi communication and ZigBee communication.

PRESENCE TRIGGERED NOTIFICATIONS AND ACTIONS

In some embodiments, a resident controller at a specified location performs a method including registering a plurality of mobile devices of a plurality of users and a device profile for a resident device to be controlled based on a location of the plurality of users, and establishing a user state for each of the plurality of users corresponding to their location. In some embodiments, the mobile devices can provide boundary-crossing signals when their location cross a boundary corresponding to the specified location causing the resident controller to update the user states based on the boundary-crossing signals and update a presence state of the specified location based on changes to the user states, where the device profile specifies a first action to be performed when the presence state transitions to a first presence value.

Scene-operation method, electronic device, and non-transitory computer readable medium
