Systems and methods for smart spaces
A smart space may be provided by a hub and an artificial intelligence server in communication with the hub. The hub may receive data from at least one smart object in the smart space. The artificial intelligence server may generate clusters of the data received from each of the at least one smart objects. The server may perform processing comprising using a cluster to detect an anomaly in the smart object, identify the smart object, classify the smart object, determine a user behavior, determine a user mood, determine an energy consumption pattern, or create an automated action, or a combination thereof.
HIGH RESILIENCY CONTENT DELIVERY NETWORK BACKUP MECHANISM FOR MICRO FRONTEND WEB APPLICATIONS
A computing system receives, from a client device, a first request for access to a single page application associated with the computing system. A gateway of the computing system intercepts the first request before it reaches a shell service associated with the single page application. The gateway sends a second request for the single page application to the shell service. Based on the single page application request, the gateway determines that the shell service is experiencing a failure. Responsive to determining that the shell service is experiencing a failure, the gateway retrieves, from a content delivery network, a uniform resource locator (URL) associated with a time-lapse hypertext markup language (HTML) of the single page application. The gateway redirects the client device to the time-lapse HTML of the single page application using the URL.
Home network access
A computer implemented method of a network access point for secure network access by a mobile computing device, the mobile device being associated with the access point by a digitally signed record in a blockchain wherein the blockchain is accessible via a network and includes a plurality of records validated by miner computing components, the method including receiving a request from another network access point to associate the mobile device with the other access point, the request having associated identification information for the mobile device; responsive to a verification of an entitlement of the mobile device to access the network, generating a new record for storage in the blockchain, the new record associating the mobile device with the other access point and being validated by the miner components such that the other access point provides access to the network for the mobile device based on the validation of the new record, wherein the network access point provides access to a local network inaccessible to the other network access point; and permitting access to the local network by the mobile device via the other network access point.
COMMUNICATION PROTOCOLS IN INTEGRATED SYSTEMS
Systems and methods comprise a gateway at a premises. The gateway is coupled to a remote system. An interface component is coupled to a processor of the gateway. The interface component comprises at least one module that interfaces and exchanges data with a processing component of a security system installed at a location. The processing component uses a proprietary protocol of the security system for processing data of the security system. The processor controls communications that comprise passing commands from the remote systems to the security system, and passing event data of the security system to the remote system.
SECURITY SENTINEL ROBOT
A building monitoring system includes a first sensor configured to detect a first condition in the space, a second sensor configured to detect a second condition in the space, and a robotic sentinel. The robotic sentinel includes a memory for storing one or more rules each configured to identify an alert condition for the space based on the first and/or second conditions in the space, a communications module configured to communicate with a remote device over a network, and a controller operatively coupled to the sensors, the memory, and the communications module. The controller is configured to apply the one or more rules to the first and second detected conditions in the space to identify one or more alert conditions and determine what action is required by the robotic sentinel, and if action is required, command the robotic sentinel to travel to a location of the alert condition.
SMART DEVICE ACCESS SYSTEM
Methods and systems for managing access to smart devices. One aspect is a method for providing access to at least one smart device, the method comprising identifying the at least one smart device that is in data communication with a smart device hub, storing user level access permissions including a global user level, communicating with a user device, the user device being associated with a stored user level access permission, the global user level allowing the user device to remotely connect to the smart device hub, determining the user level access permission for the user device, determining whether the user device has permission to access the at least one smart device based on the user level access permission, wherein to access the at least one smart device requires the global user level, and providing access to the at least one smart device to the user device.
Wireless connection validation techniques
In general, techniques are described for remotely monitoring, controlling, and/or adjusting configuration settings related to network access points located within a rental property. In some implementations, rental data that indicates a property that has been rented for a specified rental period is received. Sensor data collected by one or more sensors of the property during the specified rental period is obtained. A current occupancy of the property during the specified rental period is determined from the sensor data. Network data indicating network activity over a network access point of the property is obtained during the specified rental period. The network access point is configured during the specified rental period based at least on the network activity indicated by the network data and the current occupancy determined for the property from the sensor data.
Server-based notification of alarm event subsequent to communication failure with armed security system
A server-based environment for reporting a status of a security, monitoring and automation controller is provided. Detecting cessation of an always-on persistent network connection between the SMA controller and the server is also provided. Reporting the cessation of the network connection to an end user and defined others is further provided. A further aspect provides for automatically reporting an alarm event to a central station, the end user, and others, in the event the cessation of the network connection occurs while the SMA controller is armed and after a zone fault event, and not receiving a disarm notification prior to expiration of a preset entry delay.

The present invention relates to a method for incident management of home automation equipment comprising at least one home automation device (D) and at least one central control unit (U), the method being implemented by a management unit (Sv) and comprising the following steps: a step (EDSv1) of receiving a diagnosis request concerning at least one central control unit (U) belonging to the home automation equipment or at least one home automation device belonging to the home automation equipment (St); a step (EDS3) of sending at least one diagnosis request message to the at least one central control unit (U) concerned by the diagnosis request or to the at least one central control unit (U) to which the at least one home automation device concerned by the diagnosis request is attached; a step (EDSv8) of receiving a diagnosis result coming from a central control unit (U); a step (EDSv9) of providing a diagnosis report to the maintenance user (USAV), comprising: information concerning the communication between the management unit and the home automation device or the central control unit concerned by the diagnosis request, and/or, if the home automation device or the central control unit can communicate such a result: the last known values of the state variables for the home automation devices (D) and for the central control units (U); and/or the results of commands or connection attempts initiated by the end user (UsrF).
Method of operating a smart home appliance
A method of operating multiple home appliances within a smart home set up, including monitoring physical interactions with at least one appliance and measuring an amount of time since the interaction. The smart home network can activate a vacation mode including altering one or more operating modes of the appliance or alert a user via a mobile device to initiate a vacation mode.
