In accordance with at least one aspect of this disclosure, a display tray system includes a first tray and a second tray. Each of the first tray and second tray can include at least three outer walls defining a portion of an outer perimeter of the display tray system including an end wall, a joining wall defining an inner border with a second tray, a first side wall having a first length, a second side wall having a second length longer than the first length and extending beyond the joining wall configured to be inserted into the other tray, a first corner having a first height at a junction of the first side wall and the end wall, a second corner having a height equal to the first corner at a junction of the second side wall and the end wall.

A collapsible display stand has a base section and a top section which can be stacked in the form of a tower, each section having four serially connected panels and at least one shelving assembly which is formed upon set-up. The base section can include four single window panels, each window having a foldable shelving flap which can overlap with the other shelving flaps to create a base section shelving assembly upon set up. The top section can include double window panels, each double window having a foldable shelving flap which can overlap with the other shelving flaps to form middle and top shelving assemblies upon set up. During set up, the display stand can be transformed to a standing, upright position from a flat, collapsed position, the flat, collapsed position including the base section being folded and collapsed into a standard Knock Down Flat (KDF) pallet posture.

The novel invention provides methods and systems for automated production of merchandising displays. The displays can be assembled in whole, shipped in whole and filled with customer-selected products in customer-selected amounts, filled with criteria-selected products in criteria-selected amounts or both.

A display tray formed of a continuous blank having a plurality of hingedly coupled panels and sub-panels including a first sidewall, defined at least partially by a first panel, a front wall, defined by at least partially by a second panel, hingedly attached to the first panel sidewall, a second sidewall, defined at least partially by the first panel sidewall, and a rear wall defined at least partially by a third panel hingedly attached to the first panel for adjoining the display tray to a second display tray.

A display assembly is provided with a first display sized to receive a plurality of first products for display. A first display indicia portion is provided on the first display. A second display is sized to receive a plurality of second products for display. A second display indicia portion is provided on the second display. The first display indicia portion and the second display indicia portion cooperate to collectively provide complete display indicia.

The novel invention provides methods and systems for automated production of merchandising displays. A convertible display includes six faces. The second face extends orthogonally relative the first face. The third face is opposite and parallel to the first face. The fourth face is opposite and parallel to the second face. The fifth face extends orthogonally relative the first through fourth faces. The sixth face is opposite and parallel to the fifth face. A first removable section includes portions of the fourth through sixth faces. The first removable section perimeter includes two perforated lines extending the fourth face width, a perforated line in the fifth face, and another perforated line in the sixth face. A second removable section includes portions of the third through sixth faces. The second removable section perimeter includes a perforated line extending the third face width, another perforated line extending a majority of a length of the fifth face, and another perforated line extending a majority of the sixth face.

The storefront advertisement body includes: a main body portion that is deformable from a first mode to a second mode and includes a storage portion, and the storage portion does not function as the storage portion in the first mode and functions as the storage portion in the second mode. In the main body portion of the storefront advertisement body in the first mode, since a part of the main body portion is provided with the storage portion formed of a cut portion and a bent portion, the storage portion is not three-dimensionally configured, so it is convenient to store and transport the main body portion. In addition, the substantially box-shaped storage portion can be easily configured by the cut portion and the bent portion.

A display assembly is provided with a first display sized to receive a plurality of first products for display. A first display indicia portion is provided on the first display. A second display is sized to receive a plurality of second products for display. A second display indicia portion is provided on the second display. The first display indicia portion and the second display indicia portion cooperate to collectively provide complete display indicia.
