An apparatus and method for generating a broadcast signal frame corresponding to a time interleaver supporting a plurality of operation modes are disclosed. An apparatus for generating broadcast signal frame according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a combiner configured to generate a multiplexed signal by combining a core layer signal and an enhanced layer signal at different power levels; a power normalizer configured to reduce the power of the multiplexed signal to a power level corresponding to the core layer signal; a time interleaver configured to generate a time-interleaved signal by performing interleaving that is applied to both the core layer signal and the enhanced layer signal; and a frame builder configured to generate a broadcast signal frame including a preamble for signaling time interleaver information corresponding to the time interleaver, the time interleaver uses one of time interleaver groups, and the time interleaver performs the interleaving by using one of a plurality of operation modes.
Method and user equipment for receiving downlink signal, method and base station for transmitting downlink signal
A user equipment is provided with puncturing information indicating a resource to which downlink data is punctured among time-frequency resources to which the downlink data is allocated. The user equipment may decode the downlink data received in the time-frequency resource on the basis of the puncturing information. The downlink data may be mapped to the time-frequency resource by a combined method of a time-first resource mapping method and a frequency-first resource mapping method, or by a distributed resource mapping method.
Downlink Control Channel Skipping
A wireless device receives configuration parameters indicating duration values for skipping physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring on a bandwidth part (BWP). The duration values are from: first values in response to the BWP having a first subcarrier spacing (SCS) and second values in response to the BWP having a second SCS, with each value of the second values being equal to multiplication of a respective value, of the first values, and a same granularity value. The wireless device may receive a downlink control information (DCI) indicating skipping PDCCH monitoring on the BWP for a time duration based on a duration value of the duration values. The wireless device may skip monitoring the PDCCH on the BWP for the time duration, based on the DCI.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR RESOURCE CONFIGURATION ENHANCEMENT
A wireless communication device may receive a configuration of at least one radio resource control (RRC) parameter for X channel measurement reference signal (CMR) resource sets or X CMR resource subsets of CMRs from a corresponding set of CMR resources. The parameter X can be an integer greater than 1. The wireless communication device may measure channel quality for at least one CMR resource of the X CMR resource sets or the X CMR resource subsets according to the configuration. The wireless communication device may send a report including at least one of a CMR index or channel quality to the wireless communication node. The report may include at least one of: a CMR index, or a channel quality.
User terminal and transmission timing control method
A terminal is disclosed including a processor that adjusts an uplink transmission timing based on granularity relative to a largest subcarrier spacing among subcarrier spacings of a plurality of uplink bandwidth parts in a same timing advance group and based on a timing advance command; and a transmitter that performs uplink transmission according to the uplink transmission timing. In other aspects, a transmission method performed by a terminal is also disclosed.
POWER CONTROL FOR REPEATED UPLINK TRANSMISSIONS
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be scheduled to send uplink data to a base station using a particular transmission length provided by the base station. The UE may send multiple repetitions of the uplink data to the base station using transmissions that have varying lengths. The UE may determine a transmit power based on the length provided by the base station and use that transmit power for transmitting the repetitions, regardless of the actual lengths of the repetitions.
Radio access networks
Among other things, a communication system comprising at least one remote unit and controller is described. The at least one remote unit wirelessly exchanges radio frequency (RF) signals with mobile devices. Each RF signal comprises information destined for, or originating from, at least one of the mobile devices. The at least two remote units and the controller communicate baseband data corresponding to the information across an intermediate network. The at least two remote units each implement at least some physical layer processing for an air interface used to wirelessly communicate with the subscriber devices. The controller is configured to perform at least some receive signal processing using combined data resulting from combining at least some of the baseband data communicated from more than one of the at least two remote units.
Dynamic indication of the TCI/QCL for dynamic coresets
Aspects of the present disclosure relate to a technique for determining quasi co-location (QCL) and/or transmission configuration information (TCI) state assumption information for a dynamic control resource set (CORESET). A user equipment (UE) may receive and/or detect a downlink control information (DCI) that schedules at least one dynamic CORESET and indicates a TCI state from a list of one or more TCI states for the dynamic CORESET. The UE may apply the indicated TCI state for processing physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) transmissions in the dynamic CORESET when one or more conditions are met.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR POWER SAVING IN NR V2X
A method by which a first device performs wireless communication and an apparatus for supporting same are provided. The method comprises the steps of: determining a selection window; selecting Y candidate slots within the selection window; determining at least one slot related to the Y candidate slots, on the basis of a resource reservation period value set for a resource pool; selecting at least one sidelink (SL) resource from among SL resources included in the Y candidate slots, on the basis of sensing the at least one slot; and performing SL communication on the basis of the at least one SL resource, wherein the value of Y may be a positive integer.
