Method and device for transmitting data
A method and a device for receiving transmitting data in in a wireless local area network are provided. The device receives a physical layer protocol data unit (PPDU) from a station over a transmission bandwidth and determines whether the station is a member of a basic service set (BSS) managed by the device based on the PPDU. When the PPDU is a multi-user (MU)-PPDU, the AP determines that the station is not a member of the BSS managed by the AP. Such MU-PPDU includes a first signal field and a second signal field, the first signal field having bandwidth information indicating the transmission bandwidth, the second signal field having user-specific information with allocation for orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) transmission.

TECHNIQUE FOR CONFIGURING PREAMBLE IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
An example according to the present specification relates to a technique relating to a configuration of a preamble in a wireless LAN (WLAN) system. A reception STA can receive a PPDU. The reception STA can perform a modulo operation with respect to whether or not an L-SIG field is repeated and a value of a length field. The reception STA can determine the received PPDU as an EHT PPDU on the basis of the modulo operation with respect to whether or not the L-SIG field is repeated and the value of the length field.
Improved Uplink Spectrum Efficiency
Methods and systems are disclosed for reducing control signaling in uplink transmissions. A device, such as a wireless transmit/receive unit, may determine to use a demodulation reference signal (DM-RS) transmission schedule out of a plurality of DM-RS transmission schedules. The DM-RS transmission schedule may be characterized by a DM-RS transmission being mapped to a single orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol per subframe of a data stream. The DM-RS transmission schedule may be characterized by a DM-RS transmission being mapped to a first subset of subcarriers of an OFDM symbol of a subframe of a data stream and Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) transmission or Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) control information being mapped to a second set of subcarriers of the OFDM symbol. The first set of subcarriers may be different than the second set of subcarriers. The data stream may be transmitted according to the DM-RS transmission schedule.
TECHNIQUE FOR CONFIGURING PREAMBLE IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
An example according to the present specification relates to a technique relating to a configuration of a preamble in a wireless LAN (WLAN) system. A transmitting STA may generate and transmit an EHT PPDU. The EHT PPDU may include an L-SIG field, an RL-SIG field, and a control field. A result of “modulo 3 operation” to a length field value of the L-SIG field may be set to “0”. The RL-SIG field may be configured the same as the L-SIG field. The control field may include 3-bit information relating to a version of a PPDU.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR TRANSMITTING AND RECEIVING PPDU ON BASIS OF FDD IN WIRELESS LAN SYSTEM
A method and a device for transmitting and receiving a PPDU on the basis of an FDD in a wireless LAN system are presented. The first UL PPDU is received after a preset period after the second DL PPDU is transmitted.

Methods, apparatuses, and computer readable media include an apparatus of an access point (AP) or station (STA) comprising processing circuitry configured to decode a legacy preamble of a physical layer (PHY) protocol data unit (PPDU), determine whether the legacy preamble comprises an indication that the PPDU is an extremely-high throughput (EHT) PPDU, and in response to the determination indicating the PPDU is the EHT PPDU, decode the EHT PPDU. Some embodiments determine a spatial stream resource allocation based on a row of a spatial configuration table, a row of a frequency resource unit table, a number of stations, and location of the station relative to the number of stations in user fields of an EHT-signal (SIG) field. To accommodate 16 spatial streams, some embodiments extend the length of the packet extension field, extend signaling of a number of spatial streams, and/or extend a number of EHT-SIG symbols.

TECHNIQUE FOR TRANSMITTING LTF SIGNAL IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
One embodiment according to the present specification relates to a technique for transmitting a long training field (LTF) signal in a wireless LAN (WLAN) system. The LTF signal may comprise an LTF sequence transmitted on the basis of a plurality of subcarriers. For example, a minimum subcarrier index of a plurality of subcarriers may be set to −28, and a maximum subcarrier index of the plurality of subcarriers may be set to 28. A pilot tone may be inserted/allocated to four subcarriers from among a plurality of subcarriers.
