A mounting system for attaching items on railing spindles includes a plurality of rails, a fastener, and a rail hook for attaching accessories. The mounting system is configured to removably mount the rails to railing spindles without causing damage to the railing spindles, wherein the fastener is comprised of a first element configured to engage a surface of a flanged aperture on a second rail, and a second element configured to engage a first and second major surface of a first rail through aligned apertures of the first rail. The rail hook is then selectively attachable to the plurality of rails, wherein a plurality of accessories may be attached to the rail hooks for attaching items to railing spindles.

A fence post cap assembly includes a cap body, a hanger, and a stabilization body. The hanger has a support end portion extending through the cap body and at least one free end portion disposed above the cap body, extending in a first direction, and configured to receive a hanging device. The stabilization body is engaged to the support end portion of the hanger below the cap body and includes first and second ends extending in opposite directions. The fence post cap assembly is configured to engage a free end of a fence post with the stabilization body disposed within the fence post whereby the first and second ends of the stabilization body are configured to contact walls in the interior of the fence post to stabilize the hanger.

A support line for hanging a basket, comprising: the support line; a line of a plurality of decorative lights disposed along the support line; a basket mating interface proximate its bottom extremity; and an electrical conductor providing electrical power to the decorative lights.

The railing suspension apparatus allows a user to detachably attach a variety of items while suspending an item from a railing. The apparatus includes a brace, an offset arm, a cantilever, and a hanger. The brace includes a main body and a post-receiving slot. The post-receiving slot traverses into the main body. The brace prevents the present invention from sliding along the railing. The offset arm is positioned perpendicular to the post-receiving slot and terminally connected to the offset arm opposite to the body. The offset arm positions the cantilever and hanger about the brace. The cantilever and the post-receiving slot is oriented opposite to each other, allowing the cantilever to rest on the railing while being pushed by the weight of the item engaged with the hanger. The hanger is terminally connected to the cantilever, opposite to the offset arm.

A rail post vertical extension systems for a deck, patio boundary or fence rail posts to alter the appearance of the posts by suspending plants in a decorative and structurally sturdy manner. Rail post vertical extension system may have a base support end, a rod, and at least one arm receiver. The base support end may include a male insert that may be removably inserted into the female receiver of a rail post, and a flange end to aid in retaining the base support end into the rail post. A rod is attached to the base support end and has a length that is structured and arranged to support the attachment of at least one arm receiver.

The cantilever and the post-receiving slot is oriented opposite to each other, allowing the cantilever to rest on the railing while being pushed by the weight of the item engaged with the hanger. The hanger is terminally connected to the cantilever, opposite to the offset arm.

A frame to hold a first planter in a second platter. In an embodiment, a frame includes a pair of U-shaped members coupled to one another, in which each respective U-shaped member includes a first and second vertical member projecting upward from opposing ends of a cross-member to a first and second hanger, respectively, and each respective hanger is configured to be removably coupled to a rim of the second planter. The pair of U-shaped members can be coupled to one another at a center position of the respective cross-members, forming an interior volume configured to receive the first planter. In an embodiment, a frame includes a removable ring configured to extend circumferentially around the frame and contact the first and second vertical member of each respective U-shaped member.
