Dining plate system with visual stimulating, sensing and/or communication means, and method of using
A dining plate unit includes a visual stimulating component to provide light emanating from the dining plate unit, means for sensing various conditions related to the dining plate, and/or means for wirelessly communicating the sensed data, means for wirelessly transferring power, or means for generating sound. The dining plate unit can be a single component where the device and related circuitry are all contained in the unit, or it can be at least two components: an upper translucent dining plate, and a mating underplate including the devices and circuitry for directing light through the upper translucent dining plate.
Smart container with interactive, colored lights
A smart container that includes a bottle or other container, a load cell, an accelerometer, a processor, and a colored light source. The container may be a liquid container, a pill container, or a food container. The colored light source may include one or more light-emitting diodes (LEDs) which can be programed to emit unique illumination patterns. The container may also include a speaker or motor to emit audio and vibrational notifications. The container provides a method of tracking consumption by a user of a substance held in a container.
SOLAR JAR LID
A solar jar lid having a solar unit and having a support housing that supports the solar unit, and wherein the solar unit has a light emitting diode. The support housing has an internal thread such that it can be threaded to ajar and defines an opening for receiving a straw. The support housing is capable of being threaded to a jar. When the light emitting diode is turned on a beverage in the jar is illuminated. In another embodiment the support housing is replaced with a tabbed support housing, and in another embodiment the support housing is replaced with a clamp arm support housing. The solar unit includes a solar panel and rechargeable battery and may include an on and off switch. The user fills the jar with a beverage and the light emitting diode illuminates the beverage as the user drinks the beverage through the straw.
ATTACHABLE ILLUMINATION SYSTEM
In a set of light-emitting devices, each capable of being attached to a respective container and each comprising lights, associated circuitry and a housing therefor having a surface capable of attachment to the container, a first device (12) comprises a transmission circuit (22) and a tilt switch (20) for actuating the transmission circuit to generate a respective transmitted signal, and second devices (14) each comprise a receiver circuit (32) capable of receiving the transmitted signal and illuminating the lights (36) of the device. The lights (26) of first device (12) are also arranged to illuminate simultaneously with the generation of the transmitted signal, and the device further comprises an on-off push switch (28). The devices may be part of an illumination system (50) comprising a transmitter unit (60) which also generates signals to illuminate lights (36). The signals transmitted by the unit (60) are encoded differently from those transmitted by first device (12) so as to produce different illumination effects. A further system (80) comprises a bottle-supporting unit (90) incorporating illuminated bottle placement areas (94).
CONTAINER
A container includes a light source and an accommodating cavity. The container further includes a control component and a touch control panel arranged at a location of the accommodating cavity which is easy gripped. The control component is electrically coupled to the light source and the touch control panel. The control component controls the light source to emit light according to an external touch signal sensed by the touch control panel. The container employs the touch control panel as a sensing switch. Upon a user touching a side face of the container with a hand, the control component turns on the light source to emit light, and when the user's fingers leave the container, the control component controls the light source to be turned off.
Attachable battery-powered light assembly for illuminating a bottle and method for illuminating a bottle with a light assembly
A battery-powered light can be installed in a punt of a bottle during manufacture and then turned on at use. The battery-powered light includes a skid pad that is free of adhesive. A battery insulator pull tab overlies the skid pad and can be removed even after adhering the light assembly to the bottle. The battery insulator pull tab prevents the battery of the light assembly from discharging before being needed. The skid pad prevents adhesive from sticking to the insulator pull tab, thereby making it otherwise unremovable.
Drinking vessel monitor
A drinking vessel monitor in the form of a lid with a protective disc of rigid material and a depending skirt. A key operated mechanical linkage is connected to contact members underlying the protective disc. Springs cause the contact members to pivot outwardly upon removal of the lid from a drinking vessel. Without the key to operate the mechanical linkage, the contact members hidden within the skirt cannot be retracted sufficiently to place the lid back on the drinking vessel. Optionally, an electrical circuit can be added with a signal generator which generates a visual or audible signal if tampering has occurred.
Electrically conductive FLASKLIGHT
An electric powered flashlight configured so that one or more of the battery cells designed to fit within it may be replaced by a fluid carrying vessel that is electrically conducive so that in addition to carrying fluids internally it may be part of the energy transmission circuit within said flashlight. One or both ends of said vessel may have a removable drinking cap.
STRAW CUP ASSEMBLY AND CUP
The present disclosure provides a straw cup assembly, including: a cup body comprising a side wall and a bottom wall; and a straw, an end of which is connected to the side wall and/or the bottom wall, the straw comprises an optical fiber configured to emit light according to a preset condition associated with a liquid within the cup body. The present disclosure also provides a cup provided with such optical fiber.
System Including A Flask Or Shot Beer Glass
A system includes a plastic or glass of a substantially cylindrical container includes a first liquid. A flexible sleeve about a lower area about the container including a surface of a bottom upon the sleeve and an upper of the sleeve defines a substantially middle of a circular surface including a substantial segment of the sleeve. A flask generates an integration of a substantially cylindrical structure of a hollow curvature including a top and lower end. An inner side against a structure of a thin element about the sleeve urged against the system of a second liquid in with left to right contact to the thin element surface of the sleeve, and through the cylindrical structure of the thin element structure.
