An active foodware system includes a visual-stimulating component for displaying information related to a plurality of sensing components, such as load cells, sensing weight of food on respective dining surfaces of supporting dining plates. A mechanical structure supports and positions the dining plates in a constrained relationship to each other, and cavities in the mechanical structure may unattachedly mate with the dining plates. A wireless communication component wirelessly sends weight data to the visual-stimulating component, such as a mobile phone or tablet computer. The system is configured to determine calories of the food, and the system may include a camera for sensing the food or a diner. The visual-stimulating component may display information other than information provided by a scale, and auditory and haptic stimuli may also be provided.
SMART BEVERAGE CONTAINER SYSTEMS AND METHODS
The disclosure includes a beverage container system comprising a container having a bottom surface, an open top, and a sidewall extending between the bottom surface and the open top. The system may include at least one sensor coupled to the container whereby the at least one sensor is arranged and configured to capture data associated with the beverage. The system may also include a display screen coupled to the container and communicatively coupled to the at least one sensor. In some embodiments, the display screen is located along the sidewall and the display screen is arranged and configured to display at least one data associated with the beverage. The system may include a power source coupled to the container and electrically coupled to the display screen.

Provided are a smart bottle and a method for controlling the smart bottle. A smart bottle comprises a bottle for containing liquid; a base formed to be combined to one side of the bottle; a first sensor installed in the bottle or the base, and configured to obtain level information of liquid contained in the bottle; a third sensor configured to obtain inclination information of the bottle; a heater configured to heat the liquid contained in the bottle; a controller configured to control operation of the heater based on the temperature information, determine a feeding start and a feeding end based on the inclination information, and modify the level information based on the inclination information; a communication unit configured to transmit the inclination information and the level information to an external device; and a battery configured to supply power to the first sensor and the base.

A thermal insulated cup can include cup module and a battery module. The battery module is provided with a first magnetic absorption module. The cup module is provided with a second magnetic absorption module, and an electric heating component and a power interface, the power interface is connected with the electric heating component, and the first magnetic absorption module and second magnetic absorption module absorb jointly to enable an electrical connection between the battery module and the power interface. A magnetic absorption type contact between the battery module and the cup module by arranging a first magnetic absorption module on the battery module and a second magnetic absorption module on the cup module, so that the power supply is easy to detach or change, enabling a long-time thermal holding of the thermal insulated cup.

The bottle incorporates a panic button configured to recognize a genuine pressing of the panic button based on natural increase in heart rate of the user in case of emergencies. The disclosed bottle incorporates a capacitive sensor and a tilt sensor for measurement of water present in the bottle is done. In an aspect, the capacitive sensor is configured centrally within a hollow space in the bottle to prevent its contact with water.
