PROTECTION APPARATUS
A protection apparatus is for use with a drink container. The drink container contains a beverage. The protection apparatus includes a coupling member, a transport apparatus coupled to the coupling member, and a drink cover configured to be removably maintained on the transport apparatus. When the drink cover is removed from the transport apparatus, the drink cover is configured to cover and be secured to the drink cup, thereby minimizing undesirable spiking of the beverage within the drink container.
Beverage container closure with venting
A beverage container closure or lid adapted for closing an open end of a beverage container. The lid is couplable to the beverage container and includes a selectively openable stopper that when closed, creates a fluid-tight seal between the beverage container and the environment. The stopper may be opened by pressing a button disposed on a side of the beverage container closure. The stopper is subsequently automatically closed when the button is released. Thus, the user may open and close the beverage container closure using a single hand without the need to remove the beverage container closure from the beverage container. The beverage container closure includes an actuating lever configured to press the button when a user applies a force to the lever. By utilizing the mechanical advantage provided by the lever, a user is able to selectively open and close the stopper using a relatively low amount of force.
VENTING DEVICE, LID, AND CONTAINER COMPRISING LID
A venting device comprises an air channel and a rotary venting rod, wherein: the air channel comprises a first end facing an outer surface of the rotary venting rod and a second end away from the rotary venting rod; the outer surface of the rotary venting rod is provided with a recessed venting slot in fluid communication with ambient air, about which the rotary venting rod may be rotated about a rotation axis extending longitudinally thereof to provide a vented state and a sealed state. In the vented state, at least a portion of the venting slot of the rotary venting rod is in fluid communication with the air channel and thereby brings the air channel into fluid communication with ambient air via the venting slot. In the sealed state, the venting slot of the rotary venting rod is not in fluid communication with the air channel and the first end of the air channel is sealed by the outer surface of the rotating vent rod. The venting device of the present invention is easy to manufacture and assemble. The present invention also relates to a lid comprising the above-mentioned venting device and a container comprising the lid.
DRINKING DRAMATIZATION GLASS, STORAGE MEDIUM AND REMOTE TOAST COUNTER SYSTEM
A drinking dramatization glass includes: a glass body being a bottomed cylinder body having a curved part that curves in the horizontal direction as well as a top opening; a fixing mechanism for fixing a video display device on the glass body; and an image aspect ratio control part for changing the aspect ratio of an image on the video display device. The drinking dramatization glass is configured to compensate for a horizontal distortion of images viewed through the drink in the glass.
Beverage dispensing device
Disclosed is a beverage dispensing device, characterized in that it includes a main container, including a beverage receiving cavity and a fluid suction nozzle, a secondary container adapted to be movable inside the beverage receiving cavity, including at least one hole, a component providing a communication between the secondary container and the main container, configured such that, when the secondary container is in the beverage receiving cavity, between an upper position and an open position, the at least one hole is plugged, and between the open position and a lower position, the at least one hole is not plugged.
Adaptor device for a lid
An adaptor device for a lid used with a container, including a disc. The disc substantially occupies a portion of the lid such that a straw is able to pass through the disc and through the lid into a container holding a potable liquid. The disc substantially encloses an opening through the lid.
Dual chambered canteen with interchangeable spouts
A beverage canteen container of various materials but not limited to plastic, stainless steel, glass etc. having at least two manufactured compartments separated by a non removable partition wall which features a sleek contour body canteen design and allows the canteen container to hold two separate liquids, pureed or solid food in the canteen. The interchangeable canteen lid will have two interchangeable flip-up Y-spout designs. The first flip-up Y-spout design will allow two products to be extracted from both chambers of the canteen bottom and blend together when extracted through the single elongated tube end into the mouth. The second flip-up Split Y-spout design is split through the end of the Y, resulting in two individual elongated tubes and will provide individual product extraction. Both the Y-spout or the Split Y-spout can be attached and reattached to the top of the canteen lid by two pivotal balls with axles on opposite side of the balls. The axles also secures the spout to the top of the lid's base for opening and closing the spout. There are O-rings located around the non-removable base opening of the canteen lid and will be underneath the pivotal balls. The O-rings will seal the opening when the spouts are in an opened position for an airtight seal between the spouts and the chambers. There are vent release plugs located underneath both the Y-spout and the Split Y-spout to plug the atmosphere vent release holes located on top of the lid when the spouts are in the closed position and will provide an airtight seal when in the closed position. The canteen lid is designed to snap tightly and securely seal by an inverted J shaped peripheral section around the edge of the lid for latching and locking in an airtight position without needing a gasket, so there is no gasket for this design! There lid has two separate non-removable inner wall compartments on the underside that fits inside each chamber of the canteen container bottom with the means of ensuring proper positioning of the lid over each compartment and will assist in preventing the mixing of products from either chamber and will provide an airtight seal for each chamber. Also, the separate inner walls located underneath the lids are ingenious for ensuring that the lid will easily fit the top of each chamber while providing an extra step in ensuring separating the chambers for liquids, puree or solid foods. There are (optional) straw inserts attachment constructed underneath the lid and can be used for sipping purposes. The canteen can be turned upward for a chug a lug product extraction experience.
CONTAINER LID AND VALVE INCLUDING A LOCKING MECHANISM
A container lid for a fluid container is formed of a flexible resilient material includes a body member having a drinking aperture and a valve. Upon application of a first force to an actuator region of the body member, the valve unseals the drinking aperture and upon removal of the first amount of pressure, the valve reseals the aperture. Upon the application of a second force to the actuator region that is greater than the first force, the valve engages a locking mechanism and the aperture remains unsealed upon removal of the applied second force. In a second embodiment first and second actuator regions are employed and the application of a force to the second actuator region secures the valve in an unsealed orientation.
Universal lid for food and drink containers
The present disclosure is directed to a universal food and drink lid. The lid is formed of a stretchy material so that it can fit on a plurality of containers of different sizes. The lid is also formed of a material with sufficient elasticity so that once it is fit onto a container, such as a cup or a bowl, the lid forms a seal therewith that allows for a spill-proof connection between the container and the lid. The lid may further include an outlet for removing the contents of the container without removing the lid. The lid may further include an outlet that is a spout, an opening with a movable stopper, a straw opening or an opening sized to fit the hand of a user.
Drink containers
A drink container including a liquid container having a neck with an opening and having an internal compartment sized to hold a volume of potable drink liquid and a cap assembly removably coupled to the liquid container, the cap assembly including a base removably coupled to the neck of the liquid container and including a through-passage extending through the base, a first catch structure coupled to the base, a mouthpiece assembly including a rigid collar member, a mouthpiece portion extending from the rigid collar member, and second catch structure adapted to be selectively engaged with the first catch structure, and a user release mechanism adapted to automatically disengage the first and second catch structures upon actuation of the user release mechanism.
