Adjustable mounting bracket apparatus and method
An adjustable mounting bracket comprising a body portion adapted to be one or both of connected to or disposed on a support structure and an interchangeable and/or replaceable attachment, adapted to be one or both of connected to or disposed on the body portion.
CONTAINER APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USING SAME
A container apparatus can receive and hold a beverage container such as a beverage can or bottle. The apparatus can include a light assembly and can be used as a flashlight. A magnet can be positioned on the outer surface of the apparatus, and the apparatus can be magnetically attached to a metal support structure, such as a metal post or table.
Quick-release anchoring apparatus with self-mounted anchor member
A quick-release anchoring apparatus includes an anchor member having a flexible base seal member that engages an external reference surface and forms a substantially airtight seal therewith to define a controlled pressure zone. The anchor member includes a central stem extending through an opening of the first auxiliary component. A mounting portion of the stem rigidly self-mounts the anchor member to the first auxiliary component opening. A vent port extends through the anchor member. A vent port upper end is centered within a stem landing zone on the stem upper end. A second auxiliary component is slidably mounted to the first auxiliary component and moves between a vent port closure position wherein the second auxiliary component engages the stem landing zone and blocks the vent port, a vent port open position wherein the second auxiliary component is out of engagement with the stem landing zone and unblocks the vent port.
Cupholder for snowboard
The cupholder for snowboard is configured for use with a snowboard. The snowboard further comprises a binding. The cupholder for snowboard is a containment structure. The cupholder for snowboard attaches to the binding of the snowboard. The cupholder for snowboard is configured for use with a beverage. The cupholder for snowboard stores the beverage during the use of the snowboard. The cupholder for snowboard comprises the snowboard and containment apparatus. The containment apparatus attaches to the binding of the snowboard. The containment apparatus stores the beverage.
Magnetic object holder and method
A method for forming a device that is releasably attachable to a ferromagnetic surface comprises providing an object formed from one or more flexible or compressible materials, positioning a magnet between the object and a heat-activated adhesive patch, and applying heat and pressure to the patch to fuse the patch to the object around the magnet.
STABILIZING MECHANISM FOR DISHWARE SET
A food and beverage retaining assembly having in combination a serving plate and a removable, stemmed beverage receptacle, wherein the beverage receptacle is mechanically interlocked with the serving plate. The serving plate comprises a post, and the beverage receptacle comprises a post socket, the mating of which provides lateral stability to the beverage receptacle when in an unlocked position.
Cylindrical-object holder with belt clip
A uniform beverage-container, or cylindrical-object, holder, having flexible arms and a clip. The body is a substantially truncated cylinder with a partially cut front area forming arms, into which a bottle may be placed. An anchoring member in the rear part of the bottle holder serves as a clip for attaching the bottle, or cylindrical object, holder to clothing or baggage. The bottom of the holder has a laterally positioned base. The base and arms flex, allowing a container or cylindrical object, to be removed in a motion that is directed downward and outward away from the clip. This allows a container to be removed without releasing the clip from what it is attached to.
Magnetic Holder for Beverages
The present invention relates to a magnetic cup and beverage holder device. The holder device includes two magnets of opposing polarities, which allow an enclosed cup and/or beverage to remain stable and erect without spilling, even in a moving vehicle. The magnets are positioned within the base of the holder device, thereby creating a strong magnetic attractive force which stabilizes the enclosed cup and/or beverage. The holder device can either be used as an insert in a cup holder, or as a standalone device. The holder device prevents spilling and excess shaking of the beverage and eliminates loss of carbonation.
BEVERAGE CONTAINER HOLDING ASSEMBLY
A beverage container holding assembly includes a housing that has a bottom wall and a perimeter wall attached to and extending upwardly from the bottom wall. The housing has an upper end having a well extending therein. The well receives a beverage container and retain the beverage container in an upright position. A coupler is mounted on housing and engages a shaft. The coupler is rotatable relative to the housing such that the coupler is engageable with a vertically or horizontally orientated shaft.
Cup carrier
A cup carrier formed from a flexible sheet of material includes a base portion connected to a handle portion. Each of one or more cup-holding portions formed in the base portion includes a cup-holding aperture. The base portion includes one or more base fasteners that are mated to one or more base fasteners of another cup carrier. The handle portion includes one or more handle fasteners that are mated to one or more handle fasteners of another cup carrier.
