Attachment module for detachably coupling with a mobile device
An attachment module, having a fixing mechanism, couples detachably with a mobile device, thereby enabling a user to carry the module attached or detached from the mobile device. In at least one embodiment, the fixing mechanism includes an adhesive portion that binds the module to the mobile device. In at least one embodiment, the module holds a pair of wireless earphone to the mobile device in a position where the earphone speaker portion is generally positioned in line with the depth of the mobile device, thereby only minimally adding to the depth of the combined unit. In at least one embodiment, the module may be equipped with wired or wireless charging to charge its battery or that of the mobile device.
Headphone case assembly
A headphone case assembly includes a housing that has a device opening integrated therein for insertably receiving a personal electronic device. The housing has a spool chamber integrated therein. A spool is rotatably integrated into the housing. The spool is rotatable in a first direction and the spool is biased to rotate in a second direction. A pair of headphones is wrapped around the spool. The headphones can be pulled outwardly from the housing to be worn in the user's ears. The headphones are retracted into the housing when the spool rotates in the second direction. A connection cord is electrically coupled to the headphones and the connection cord is pluggable into a headphone jack in the personal electronic device. In this way the headphones receive an audio signal from the personal electronic device.
Adaptive video interface switching
A system and method of adaptive video interface switching between a mobile electronic communications device and a wearable device entail determining during an ongoing video session via a first one of the devices that an audio or video input or output mechanism on the first device is compromised. It is determined that the audio and video input and output mechanisms on a second of the devices are uncompromised. The video session is then continued using at least one of the audio and video input and output mechanisms on the second device.

PHONE USER INTERFACE
An electronic device having a user interface for accessing phone features. The user interface accounts for whether the electronic device is connected to a companion cellular phone. The user interface accounts for a headset is available for use to carry on a call. The user interface permits transition between using one or more of cellular phone, headset, and/or the electronic device to be used for carrying on incoming or outgoing calls.
Method for controlling earphone switching, earphone, and earphone system
A method for controlling earphone switching, an earphone, and an earphone system are provided. The method includes the following. A first earphone determines whether the first earphone is switched to a non-wearing state from a wearing state. The first earphone is coupled with a second earphone and an electronic device and serves as a master earphone, and the second earphone serves as a slave earphone. When the first earphone is determined to be switched to the non-wearing state from the wearing state, the first earphone switches the first earphone to serve as the slave earphone and the first earphone switches the second earphone to serve as the master earphone. Switching between master and slave earphones can be achieved according to changes between the wearing state and the non-wearing state of the master earphone, such that user experience can be improved.
Terminal device, wireless headset and electronic device component
The present disclosure provides a terminal device, a wireless headset, and an electronic device component. The terminal device includes: a body, a magnetic component, and a first controller. An accommodating groove for accommodating the wireless headset is disposed on the body. The magnetic component is at least partially disposed in the accommodating groove. The first controller is disposed in the body and electrically connected to the magnetic component, and is configured to control the magnetic component to connect to the wireless headset by attraction or to separate from the wireless headset by repulsion.
Remotely controlling a hearing device
An electronic device with a display is paired with a set of wireless audio output devices, including a first wireless audio output device for outputting audio to a right ear of a user and a second wireless audio output device for outputting audio to a left ear of the user. In response to a request to display status information about the set of wireless audio output devices, the electronic device displays a status user interface, including concurrently displaying a first battery status indicator for the first wireless audio output device with an indication that battery status indicator relates to the device for outputting audio to the right ear of the user and a second battery status indicator for the second wireless audio output device with an indication that battery status indicator relates to the device for outputting audio to the left ear of the user.
Ear jewelry with integrated headset
The invention relates to a piece of ear jewelry having at least one ear part to be worn on each ear of a user, wherein each ear part has a jewelry body, to be worn in a predetermined wearing position on an outside of the ear, and a retaining device for retaining the jewelry body in the wearing position on the ear, wherein the auditory canal of the ear remains free. The piece of ear jewelry incorporates all of the following electrical components completely and so as to be invisible from the outside: a microphone device, a loudspeaker device and a communication unit for providing a bidirectional, wireless communication link to a portable terminal of the user, in order to use the communication link to transmit a microphone signal from the microphone device to the terminal and to receive a loudspeaker signal for the loudspeaker device from the terminal.
