A thermally insulating beverage jacket is provided. The thermally insulating beverage jacket includes a first flexible tubular-shaped portion having first and second surfaces disposed opposite to one another. The first surface defines a first interior region with a first diameter in a first operational position of the thermally insulating beverage jacket. The first flexible tubular-shaped portion is centered about a longitudinal axis. The thermally insulating beverage jacket includes a second flexible tubular-shaped portion coupled to the second surface of the first flexible tubular-shaped portion and having at least first and second air gaps therebetween in the first operational position of the thermally insulating beverage jacket.

A universal cover for covering all types of beverage containers and an associated carrying case is disclosed. When placed over any beverage container, the universal cover disclosed uses decorative weights made with acrylic plastic gems, crystals or metal, to keep the cover secured in place as well as for keeping it well stretched and snugly placed over the rim of a beverage container. The universal cover also includes a central opening for inserting a straw or a sipping device there-through. The universal beverage cover offers the functionality of creating a cover for containers where typically no lid or cover typically exists as is the case for non-portable beverage containers such as wine glasses, beer or juice mugs, and other crystal-ware used at a restaurant, banquet hall, or another indoor setting. The universal cover disclosed provides a level of protection against pathogens and other contaminants while maintaining the necessary decor and formality of the setting. Embodiments of the invention provide the additional functionality of maintaining beverage temperature for longer periods. The universal cover can be made with fabrics, or faux leather or vinyl type fabric for based on the degree of insulation or durability desired.

A foldable drink sleeve or holder for use in insulating and providing a barrier between a user and a variety of different means for containing a beverage, such as, for example, a can, a bottle, a cup, or any other similar device for containing a beverage. A foldable beverage sleeve apparatus generally comprising a folding mechanism for use in allowing a user to condense said apparatus into a substantially smaller and transportable device and an attachment mechanism for use in attachably connecting said apparatus to a variety of different items, such as, for example, a key chain, a backpack, a purse, a belt loop, or any other similar means of transporting and carrying said apparatus.

Beverage container heating apparatuses and associated methods for using such apparatuses are disclosed. In one embodiment, for example, a flexible band or sleeve is configured to wrap around an exterior surface of a beverage container. The flexible band can include a first layer configured to be positioned in contact with the exterior surface of the beverage container. The first layer comprises a reflective surface facing the beverage container and a heating element configured to provide heat to the exterior surface of the beverage container. The flexible band may also include a second layer adjacent to and covering at least a portion of the first layer. The second layer can include a removable insulation assembly. The flexible band further includes a third layer adjacent to and covering at least a portion of the second layer. The third layer can include various electronic components, such as a control circuitry and a battery.

Disposable devices for maintaining the contents of containers, such as hot beverage cups, at or near a desired temperature for an extended period of time. The disposable devices include a sleeve having an inner surface, an outer surface, and a cavity that contains a heating element. The device is configured to define an interior passage that is sized and able to conform to an exterior shape of a container such that heat can be transferred from the heating element to the container. The device includes openings that allow air to contact and activate the heating element via initiation of a heat-generating reaction.

A beverage container lighting and insulation device includes a first piece of insulating material. The beverage container lighting and insulation device further includes a spring oriented along a length of the insulating material, such that the spring causes the first piece of insulating material to coil. The beverage container lighting and insulation device further includes a lighting device joined with the first piece of insulating material, such that the lighting device lights the length of the first piece of insulating material.

A beverage can insulating sleeve is provided. The inventive sleeve uses less material and wastes less source material than standard sleeves. Two methods of manufacturing the sleeve are also provided.

An insulated beverage holder device includes an insulated outer hollow cylinder, the insulated outer hollow cylinder including an open top and a bottom floor; an interior insulating hollow cylinder, the interior insulating hollow cylinder having an open top and an open bottom; and an insulating hollow liner, the insulating liner having an open top and an open bottom. The interior insulating hollow cylinder may be configured to be positioned inside the insulated outer hollow cylinder and attached to the insulated outer hollow cylinder. The insulating hollow liner may be attached to the interior insulating hollow cylinder and the insulating hollow liner to touch a first beverage container.

A receptacle having a wrap is configured to define a chamber for receiving a container. A pair of slots are formed in the wrap. A first connector is exposed through a first one of the slots and coupled to a surface of the wrap and a second connector exposed through a second one of the slots and coupled to the surface of the wrap.

A container includes a cup formed to include and interior region and an insulated sleeve. The insulated sleeve is coupled to an outer surface of the cup.
