An electronic device including an interposer is provided. The electronic device includes a first circuit board having a first connection terminal formed thereon, an application processor (AP) connected to the first connection terminal and deployed on the first circuit board, an interposer having a via formed therein and having a first surface attached to the first circuit board, the interposer at least partly surrounding at least a partial region of the first circuit board and a first end portion of the via being electrically connected to the first connection terminal, a second circuit board having a second connection terminal formed thereon and attached to a second surface of the interposer in an opposite direction to the first surface, the second connection terminal being electrically connected to a second end portion of the via and the second circuit board forming an inner space together with the first circuit board and the interposer, a communication processor (CP) connected to the second connection terminal and deployed on the second circuit board, and an antenna electrically connected to the CP.

An electronic device is disclosed. The electronic device may comprise: a housing having a first dielectric constant and including a first part; a substrate disposed inside the housing and including a communication module disposed on the surface thereof opposite to the first part; and a ceramic layer formed between the substrate and the first part to cover the communication module, wherein the first part and the ceramic layer are formed to have a second dielectric constant different from the first dielectric constant. An example electronic device is disclosed that includes a housing including a first external cover and a second external cover opposite the first external cover. In addition, the electronic device includes an electronic component disposed within the housing, between an inner surface of the first external cover and an inner surface of the second external cover. The electronic component is mounted to the first external cover with a mounting screw assembly, and the mounting screw assembly is engaged with the inner surface of the second external cover.

An electronic device is disclosed, including: a housing including a first surface, a second surface parallel to the first surface, and a side surface surrounding a space formed between the first surface and the second surface, a first printed circuit board (PCB) disposed on the first surface of the housing, a second PCB disposed on the first surface of the housing and spaced apart from the first PCB, a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) connecting the first PCB and the second PCB, a conductive sheet disposed on the second surface of the housing and spaced apart from the first PCB, the second PCB, and the FPCB, and an insulating member disposed on one surface of the FPCB and contacting the conductive sheet.

A method of fixing a flexible printed circuit (FPC) and a mobile terminal are provided. The mobile terminal includes: a rear cover; a first FPC fixedly connected to the rear cover; a front housing provided with a battery accommodation compartment; in case that a battery is installed in the battery accommodation compartment, there is a gap between the battery and the first FPC.

A camera assembly includes a time-of-flight module and a circuit board. The circuit board is provided with an avoidance space. The time-of-flight module includes a transmit module and a receive module. The transmit module is configured to emit a detection optical signal. Various embodiments of the disclosure relate to a printed circuit for transmitting a signal in a high-frequency band and an electronic device including the same. The printed circuit board may include a flexible circuit board configured to transmit a signal in a high-frequency band, and the flexible circuit board may include: first multiple layers including a power line configured to transmit power; and second multiple layers stacked in a first direction of the first multiple layers and including a first signal line and a second signal line configured to transmit a signal in the high-frequency band. The first multiple layers may include a first punched region in which at least a portion overlapping the first signal line and the second signal line is removed, the second multiple layers may include a second punched region in which at least a portion overlapping the power line is removed, and at least a portion of the second punched region and the first punched region overlap each other forming a slit penetrating the flexible circuit board in the first direction.

An electronic device including a battery is disclosed. According to an example embodiment, the electronic device may include: a housing, a printed circuit board (PCB) disposed inside the housing, and a battery disposed inside the housing and configured to supply power to the electronic device. The battery may include: an electrode assembly including a plurality of substrates having a surface coated with a mixture layer, the plurality of substrates being stacked and insulated through a separator and including a pouch in which the electrode assembly is disposed, a protective frame disposed in the pouch and configured to protect the electrode assembly from an external impact, and a protection circuit module (PCM) comprising circuitry connected to the battery cell and electrically connected to the PCB. The protective frame may include: a central portion disposed to cross an inside of the electrode assembly in a direction perpendicular to a stacking direction of the substrates, and at least one cover connected to at least one end of the central portion and extending in a direction parallel to the stacking direction to surround at least a portion of an outer surface of the electrode assembly.
