Inter-application navigation apparatuses, systems, and methods

Inter-application navigation apparatuses, systems, and methods are disclosed. An exemplary method includes a computing system accessing a plurality of applications, generating an application access history specifying an order by which the applications are accessed by the computing system, and displaying an inter-application navigation user interface including a plurality of user-selectable graphical objects representing the plurality of applications accessed by the mobile phone device, the user-selectable graphical objects arranged in a slideable list within the inter-application navigation user interface based on the application access history. The plurality of applications represented by the plurality of user-selectable graphical objects in the inter-application navigation user interface includes an application being executed by the computing system and an application not being executed by the computing system when the inter-application navigation user interface is displayed. Corresponding apparatuses, systems, and methods are also disclosed.

UNIVERSAL APPLICATION PINNING
20170286046 · 2017-10-05 ·

Examples of the disclosure provide a system and method for universal application pinning. Application representations are pinned to a same location of a user interface across multiple selected user devices from a selectable device list generated based off the application type and compatible device types. In this way, a single pinning selection received at one device may be applied to multiple selected devices.

Application relevance determination based on social context

Systems, methods, devices, and computer program products are described for using context-aware recommendation techniques to facilitate content discovery on a mobile device platform. In particular, the context-aware recommendation techniques evaluate both a current device context and a social context to generate application relevance scores for each of a number of applications downloaded to a mobile device. Application representations on a graphical user interface (GUI) of the mobile device are rearranged, resized, and/or otherwise affected according to their respective application relevance scores. In certain configurations, one or more applications are pinned, thereby altering (e.g., reducing or eliminating) how changes in their respective application relevance scores affect display of their respective application representations on the GUI of the mobile device.

DISPLAY FOR PUMP

This document discusses, among other things, an apparatus comprising a pump configured to deliver insulin, a processor, and a user interface including a bistable display. A display element of the bistable display is placed in one of two stable orientations upon application of a biasing voltage and stays in the stable orientation when the biasing voltage is removed. The processor includes a display module configured to display a non-blank reversion display screen on the bistable display when no input is received at the user interface after a specified time duration, and to recurrently change the reversion display screen until input is received at the user interface.

Display Method and Terminal

A terminal includes a display screen with an irregular shape and a front panel component disposed on a same layer as the display screen. The display screen includes a target region and a main display region. The display region is a complete rectangular region on the display screen. The target region is an irregular region other than the main display region on the display screen. A gap formed by the irregular region is a reserved region, and the front panel component is disposed in the reserved region.

Method and mobile communication terminal for changing a configuration of a screen displaying function items

A function for configuring a screen reflecting user preference is implemented when formlets are displayed to indicate function items of a mobile communication terminal. The size, position and shape of a formlet on which an indicator is positioned are changed by user settings in a state in which multiple formlets are displayed, thereby increasing accessibility to a formlet of high preference to a user and also increasing display visibility.

Downloadable Application Composite with Built In User Interface
20220038573 · 2022-02-03 ·

A system for enhancing mobile devices performance operates on a network-connected server with software executing from a non transitory medium at the server providing an interactive interface for a user connected to the server via an application composite download. The application composite offers search radius capabilities displayed on a navigation screen. There is also a data repository coupled to the server. The data repository with interactive interface provides an organizer for applications where applications can be saved in an end-user's composite or stored in a recent history folder for immediate recall. The interactive interface provides an application search point for the end-user to gain access to countless applications in lieu of downloads. The application composite is used for improving performance by eliminating battery drainage by freeing up space on the internal storage mechanism in the mobile device.
