COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, COMMUNICATION METHOD, AND COMMUNICATION ADAPTER
In a communication system, a PBX, a smartphone, and a communication adapter are connected. When detecting an event related to a call such as an incoming call and an outgoing call, the communication adapter transmits information on the event to the smartphone through BLE communication with the smartphone. The smartphone makes a notification of the occurrence of the event, based on the information on the event transmitted from the communication adapter. After the notification of the occurrence of the event, the communication adapter transmits an Invite command, 180 command, or the like to the PBX.
Cordless telephone apparatus and cordless telephone system
A cordless base unit includes a controller that performs control in a case where an incoming call arrives from the landline telephone network, in such a manner that the cordless handset and the mobile information terminal perform sound ringing for the incoming call, that automatic answering starts after a predetermined time has elapsed and the sound ringing for the incoming call is stopped except for the mobile information terminal that is set to be used outside of the house, and that while the automatic answering is performed, the mobile information terminal that is set to be used outside of the house continues to perform the sound ringing for the incoming call.
Method and Apparatus for Communication Using a DECT Communication Protocol
A method and apparatus e.g. a headset or a base station for controlling channel selection in a communications system (400) using a DECT communications protocol, wherein multiple predefined channels are established using multiple carrier signals at respective carrier frequencies (F1, F2, . . . F8); comprising: transmitting (205) a first signal (S1) on multiple of the channels using automatic channel selection; transmitting a first signal and a second signal on multiple of the channels using automatic channel selection; setting a power level of carrier signals in a first group of channels to a first power level and setting a power level of carrier signals in a second group of channels to a second power level; wherein the second power level is preferably/deliberately set to a predetermined power level higher than the first power level. Wherein the first signal is transmitted in accordance with a first transmission scheme, wherein channel selection is restricted to the channels in the first group of channels, and the second signal is transmitted in accordance with the second transmission scheme, wherein channel selection is restricted to the channels in the second group of channels.
DIGITAL ENHANCED CORDLESS TELECOMMUNICATION CALL MANAGEMENT
To overcome the restriction on the number of handsets or portable parts that can be rung at any one time using the DECT protocol, the ULE B-field paging mechanism is used as a replacement for the DECT indirect link establishment scheme. ULE B-field paging is used to indicate the presence of an incoming call to multiple handsets, or handset groups. Also, the ULE Connectionless, (connectionless), downlink may be used to indicate other information. This information would include but not be limited to Caller ID, pending address book changes, and SMS message pending.
Method of setting reserved subframes for resource pool, user equipment, and base station
The present disclosure provides a method of setting reserved subframes for indication of a resource pool by a bitmap, a user equipment, and a base station. In the present disclosure, the resource pool is used for transmitting or receiving sidelink signals within a system frame number cycle that includes predefined subframes and remaining subframes that are subframes after excluding the predefined subframes within the system frame number cycle. In the method, a number of the reserved subframes is determined so that the bitmap is repeated by integer times within the subframes after excluding the reserved subframes and the predefined subframes within the system frame number cycle. In the method, position of each of the reserved subframes is set, wherein at most two reserved subframes are set per n subframes within the system frame number cycle.
