OVERVIEW USER INTERFACE OF EMERGENCY CALL DATA OF A LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY
Techniques in this disclosure may provide a user interface that concurrently displays multiple panels which provide visualization of emergency call data of a law enforcement agency. The user interface can provide a high-level overview of emergency calls in a geographical area. Each panel in the user interface can provide visualization of the emergency calls and/or statistics relating to the calls. A user can customize which panels to include in the user interface and/or customize setting for each panel. The user may apply various types of filters to the data displayed in the user interface, and the panels can update the visualizations according to the filters. The user interface can also provide the ability to show data at various levels of detail within the same user interface or panel. The techniques in the disclosure can provide a convenient, digestible overview of tactical and/or strategic data in a single user interface.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING REMOTE CALL CENTER SERVICES
An example system for performing call center tasks with the assistance of a human operator comprises a plurality of remote electronic devices and a system server. Each of the plurality of remote electronic devices has a speaker, a microphone and a screen. The system server has a data store configured to store personal information and a dialing platform configured to connect the remote electronic devices with customer devices. The system server may transmit fragments of personal information to the remote electronic device and the remote electronic device may display the fragments of personal information on its screen as the human operator engages in the call with the customer over the remote electronic device.
Call center interface
One or more embodiments of techniques or systems for intelligent data presentation are provided herein. Data can be presented on similar devices having different characteristics in different manners. For example, data may be rendered in a first manner on a first device having one monitor, the same data may be rendered in a second manner on a second device having two displays or a different display size. Financial information, sales data, banking information, etc. may be presented in a variety of ways based on capabilities or properties of a device accessing the information or data. Similarly, renderings may be selected based on interaction capabilities or interaction options a user may have with different renderings or presentations. In other embodiments, user interaction with an automated teller machine (ATM), call center, vehicle, or other interface can be based on device properties or device capabilities.

Methods for linking recommendations
A computer-implemented method and system for enhancing interaction between a customer and a customer service representative of a company. D related to the customer is stored and received at a computer operated by the company, wherein the data can include a customer name, a customer address and a customer number. A telephonic interaction is preferably commenced between the customer and the customer service representative and a Web session is preferably commenced on a Web site for a client computer of the customer service representative. At least a part of the data is displayed on a workstation of the customer service representative as a first Web page, wherein the first Web page includes at least one selectable link to a second Web page. At least one selectable link is selected by the customer service representative to display the second Web page.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR EMERGENCY DATA INTEGRATION
Described herein are systems, devices, methods, and media providing emergency data to emergency service providers (ESP; e.g., public safety answering points (PSAPs)). Also provided are systems, methods, and media for utilizing location data and geofences to provide emergency data to ESPs and interactive graphical displays to efficiently display relevant emergency data.
Originating Group Text Calls in a Contact Center
A dialing list comprising call records can be processed by a call handling component(s) in a contact center in various dialing modes. A call record may be processed to originate a voice call, where the agent manually dials the call as a voice telephone call. In another embodiment, one or more call records can be processed to originate a SMS text call or group text call, where the agent also determines when the call(s) originates. The agent is presented with a graphical user interface tailored to the dialing mode. The dialing mode used may be defined by the dialing list the call record is retrieved from, information from within the call record itself, application of a rule, or input from the agent. The dialing mode may be altered under certain conditions. When the call is originated, various compliance oriented tests, including calling windows and call attempts, are performed.
Inferring relationships between call information and CRM data objects
A system uses intelligent logic to determine information from a communication and to infer relevant CRM objects that may be related the communication. The system further presents a user interface with the communication information and the related CRM objects to allow an agent to review, select, and relate the communication information to one or more CRM objects. Accordingly, the embodiments described herein improve the efficiency of communication management systems and CRM systems by providing an intelligent logic and unique user interface that greatly reduces the number of steps needed to relate communication information with a CRM object.
Systems for summarizing contact center calls and methods of using same
A method for creating a textual summary of a call includes transcribing speech to text in real time using a speech-to-text generating unit configured for execution upon one or more data processors, automatically matching, in real-time, text to predetermined intents and extracted entities using an intent recognizing unit for execution upon the one or more data processors, automatically mapping the predetermined intents and extracted entities into a call summary using one or more mapping functions, and displaying the call summary using an agent user interface for execution upon the one or more data processors. A contact center call summarization system may include a contact center communication device, a speech-to-text generating unit, an intent recognizing unit, and an agent user interface.
UPFRONT CUSTOMER TIME CONSIDERATION ALONG WITH OPTIMIZED AGENT DESKTOP IN A CONTACT CENTER
A computerized-method using a cloud-based computing environment for improving client service, in a contact center is provided herein. The computerized-method includes: retrieving a context of a query and a time-limit from a CTI event and attempting to retrieve data to evaluate average resolution time for the received context. When the data is found, comparing the evaluated average resolution time with the received time-limit and when the received time-limit is below the evaluated average resolution time, sending a delay notice and providing the client a menu of options for querying through other channels. When the data is not found, or when the received time-limit is above the evaluated average resolution time, presenting on an agent dashboard, the time-limit of the client and accordingly updating parameters in the agent dashboard during the inbound call, thus, improving client service, by considering the time-limit of the client before the agent addresses a query.
