Programming/data sets via a data-communications server
Certain aspects of the disclosure are directed to programming of a data-communications system. According to a specific example, a data-communications (e.g., VoIP) server is configured to identify, in response to received calls from endpoint devices, a set of scripts written in a programming language that includes call flow commands. The server is further configured to execute the set of scripts to retrieve data from the data sources and control, in response to the data, call flow for the calls.
Interaction Based Suitable Channel Selection for Queued Customers
Assigning an appropriate channel in an omni-channel contact center environment includes receiving, by a computer of the contact center, an incoming contact via a first communication channel, the incoming contact assignable to a plurality of available communication channels; queuing, by the computer, the incoming contact in a first queue associated with the first communication channel; determining, by the computer, a preferable communication channel from among the plurality of communication channels and the first communication channel; and when the preferable communication channel is one of the plurality of communication channels, determining whether to assign the incoming contact to the preferable communication channel.
System and method of automated routing and guidance based on continuous customer and customer service representative feedback
The present invention is a system and method of routing incoming communications to a CSR and providing guidance to the CSR based on the incoming communication using feedback information such as sentiment feedback, survey feedback, and feedback from actions taken by CSRs based on skill level. A CEC system receives an incoming communication, analyzes the communication and creates metadata based off of the analysis. The metadata is used by the RAE routing module to route the communication to an appropriate party. The metadata is also used by the GAE guidance module to determine the guidance to provide to the CSR. The CSR then performs an action based on the guidance. The CEC system continues to monitor the interaction until the interaction is completed. The communication metadata, the communication, the guidance, and the CSRs action are all provided to a RAS rules analysis module wherein the RAS analyzes the data and automatedly updates the rules (RAR and GAR) according to the analysis.
Customer service agent to customer connection
Technology for connecting a customer with a customer service agent is provided. In one example, a method may include receiving an initial request from a customer to connect with customer service. A connection may be created between the customer and a customer service agent for the customer service. Customer information for the customer may be linked with agent information for the customer service agent for a predetermined period of time. When a subsequent request to connect the customer with the customer service is received within the predetermined period of time, the customer may be connected with the customer service agent using the linking of the customer information with the agent information.
Intermediary device for data message network routing and enhancement in a contact center environment
An intermediary device to enhance and route data messages between end user and contact center agent computing devices in a contact center environment is provided. The intermediary device can be disposed in a data communication path of a contact center between an electronic communications network and a contact center agent computing device. The intermediary device can include a data message replication mechanism, a data message aggregator mechanism, or a data message analysis mechanism. The intermediary device can receive a data message. The data message replication mechanism can intercept and replicate the data message to generate a replicated data message. The data message analysis mechanism can generate, from the replicated data message, derivative content. The data message aggregator mechanism can combine the derivative content with the data message to create an enhanced data message that can be provided to the contact center agent computing device in the contact center environment.
Integrated customer support system for field-centric business sectors
A computer network, including at least one server computer having a non-transitory computer readable medium programmed to connect customers needing product or service support with an advisor. Each advisor has a device programmed to interface with the at least one server computer. Then at least one server computer includes a database of registered advisors and a database of active customers. Then at least one server computer is programmed to initiate a customer service session upon receiving a request from a first customer computing device. A telecommunications system that connects customers to advisors that includes voice, video, and text, ticket submission that interacts with the computer network to create support tickets and provides call tracking features. A method allows advisor managers to create teams of advisors, create a custom greeting for the team, create ring schedules for team members, and share the team phone number with customers via text message.
Systems For Summarizing Contact Center Calls And Methods Of Using Same
A method for creating a textual summary of a call includes transcribing speech to text in real time using a speech-to-text generating unit configured for execution upon one or more data processors, automatically matching, in real-time, text to predetermined intents and extracted entities using an intent recognizing unit for execution upon the one or more data processors, automatically mapping the predetermined intents and extracted entities into a call summary using one or more mapping functions, and displaying the call summary using an agent user interface for execution upon the one or more data processors. A contact center call summarization system may include a contact center communication device, a speech-to-text generating unit, an intent recognizing unit, and an agent user interface.
Handling multiple communication requests
A communication server detects a first communication request from a first caller device to a second caller device. The communication server detects a second communication request from the second caller device to the first caller device. The first communication request and the second communication request both occur within a threshold time period. The communication server establishes, without additional input from the first caller device and the second caller device, an active session in response to the first communication request. The active session is established between the first caller device and the second caller device. The communication server dismisses the second communication request.
Communication attempts management system for managing a dialer in a contact center
A dialer in a contact center is managed by a Communication Attempt Management System (“CAMS”) for tracking the total number of communications attempts, including voice calls, originated to an individual within a period of time. A list comprising account data of a plurality individuals may be processed by the CAMS to identify those accounts exceeding a weekly limit on the number of allowable communication attempts and are not authorized to receive further communications in that period of time. The list is modified to reflect those accounts which have not exceeded their corresponding limit and are authorized to be contacted. The modified list is provided to the dialer, which then originates a call to each account. The CAMS may then update each account to reflect each communication attempt made by the dialer and whether the communication is considered exempt or non-exempt with respect to the communication limits.
