Originating group text calls in a contact center
A dialing list comprising call records can be processed by a call handling component(s) in a contact center in various dialing modes. A call record may be processed to originate a voice call, where the agent manually dials the call as a voice telephone call. In another embodiment, one or more call records can be processed to originate a SMS text call or group text call, where the agent also determines when the call(s) originates. The agent is presented with a graphical user interface tailored to the dialing mode. The dialing mode used may be defined by the dialing list the call record is retrieved from, information from within the call record itself, application of a rule, or input from the agent. The dialing mode may be altered under certain conditions. When the call is originated, various compliance oriented tests, including calling windows and call attempts, are performed.
Systems and methods for providing multi-modal interaction via user equipment
A system described herein may provide a technique for a multi-modal interaction experience with a User Equipment (“UE”) via multiple concurrent presentation modes. Such multiple modes may include a voice call with an interactive voice response (“IVR”) system, as well as the simultaneous presentation of information and/or selectable options at a UE associated engaged in the voice call with the IVR system. The information may be presented via a graphical user interface at the UE that is engaged in the call with the IVR system. In this manner, the UE may provide a multi-modal experience to a user, in which the user can simultaneously interact with the IVR system via the call, and can also receive or provide further interactions related to call via the GUI.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A CLOUD CALL BACK PLATFORM
A system and method for a cloud callback platform, comprising at least a profile manager, callback manager, interaction manager, media server, context analysis engine, and context aggregator mechanism, allowing user to call business, agents in contact centers, or other users who are connected a cloud callback platform, and, failing to connect to the individual they called, or by request, allow for an automatic callback object to be created, whereby the two users may be automatically called and bridged together at a time when both users are available, and a context summary report is sent to one or more user.
On-Hold Experience
Technology for placing a user on-hold can include sending a push notification to a user device after the call has been placed on-hold. A link in the push notification can request authentication credentials from the user. When the authentication credentials have been received and verified, a chat window can be launched via an application on the user device. The intent of the call can be determined based at least in part by information received via the chat window. The authentication information and the intent of the call can be transferred to a representative answering the call.
AUDIO-BASED MACHINE LEARNING FRAMEWORKS UTILIZING SIMILARITY DETERMINATION MACHINE LEARNING MODELS
There is a need for faster and more accurate predictive data analysis steps/operations. This need can be addressed by, for example, techniques for efficient predictive data analysis steps/operations. In one example, a computer-implemented method for generating a predictive output with respect to a primary audio data embedding data object associated with a primary audio data object, is provided. The method includes generating, using one or more computer processors, by utilizing a similarity determination machine learning model and based at least in part on the primary audio data embedding data object, the predictive output for the primary audio data embedding data object; generating, by the one or more computer processors, a forwarding recommendation prediction based at least in part on the predictive output; and performing, by the one or more computer processors, one or more prediction-based actions based at least in part on the forwarding recommendation prediction.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PREDICTION
A system for providing resource material to a customer service representative [CSR], including a database storing a plurality of resources associated with one or more customer service contexts, a memory storing instructions, and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to analyze an on-going communication including a customer service request received from a customer; determine a context of the request based on the analysis and historical data associated with the customer determined to be associated with the communication, automatically identify, based on the context of the request, a resource in the database associated with the determined context; and display, via a user interface in real-time during the communication, the resource associated with the customer service request.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR INTENT-BASED ACTIVE CALLBACK MANAGEMENT
A system and method for intent-based active callback management, utilizing a cloud callback system comprising at least a profile manager, callback manager, interaction manager, media server, and environment analyzer, allowing users to call businesses, agents in contact centers, or other users who are connected to a cloud callback system, and, failing to connect to the individual they called, allow for an automatic callback object to be created, whereby the two users may be automatically called and bridged together at a time when both users are available.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR HYBRID CALLBACK MANAGEMENT
A system and method for hybrid callback management, utilizing a callback cloud and an on-premise callback system, allowing brands to utilize a hybrid system that protects against any premise outages or cloud service faults and failures by introducing redundancies and co-maintenance of data key to callback execution while allowing for mixed telephony types to be seamlessly integrated into one communication platform.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATED AGENT ASSISTANCE WITHIN A CLOUD-BASED CONTACT CENTER
Methods to reduce agent effort and improve customer experience quality through artificial intelligence. The Agent Assist tool provides contact centers with an innovative tool designed to reduce agent effort, improve quality and reduce costs by minimizing search and data entry tasks The Agent Assist tool is natively built and fully unified within the agent interface while keeping all data internally protected from third-party sharing.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SECURE TRANSITORY DATA STORAGE AND MANAGEMENT
A system and method for secure storage and management of transitory data, comprising at least a profile manager, a callback manager, a context analysis engine, and a vault manager, which allows a user to create a data container to store data preferences, which encrypts the data stored within a data container, which creates a password for accessing the data container, which temporarily stores the data container, which manages data container interactions between the system user and a second user, such as a business enterprise, and which establishes default preferences and creates a default container based upon context content data.
