A GARMENT HANGER
A garment hanger (10) with a body (12), a rotatable hook portion (24) and a childproof size marker (88) is disclosed. The body (12) is in a standard form for engaging and supporting one or more garments. The hook portion (24) includes a hook (26), generally of metal and a size marker retainer portion (106, 108) for releasably fixing the size marker (88) to the hook portion (24). There is also a connector portion (28) for connecting the hook portion (24) to the body (12) and this can be in the form of a pair of protrusions (76, 78) forming an axle (80) which engages two apertures (40, 42) in the hook portion. This allows the hook portion (24) and the size marker (88), to rotate from a working condition, where the hook (26) is vertical, to a storage condition where the hook (26) is horizontal.
Plastic Hook for Paper Hanger
A plastic hook for securement to a paper hanger body, and a method of assembling same. The plastic hook provides a sizer for displaying indicia about the garment, particularly a crown sizer.
COLLAPSIBLE HOOK HANGER
A collapsible hook hanger includes a hook having a lower end and a hanger body including a cross bar having a top wall. The hanger further includes a hook receiving body extending from the top wall of the cross bar. The hook receiving body has a hook receiving slot for receiving the hook. The hanger further includes an axle member disposed within the hook receiving body and having a hole that is in communication with the hook receiving slot for receiving and mating to the lower end of the hook. The hook is rotatable between a first upright position and a second folded position. The top wall of the cross bar includes a notch that receives the hook as it is rotated to the second folded position.
Hanger accessory device
A hanger accessory device for keeping track of how many times an article of clothing has been worn since it was last laundered. The hanger accessory device generally includes a housing having an upper end, a lower end, and a receiver opening extending therebetween. An upper portion of the housing includes markings on its outer surface. A lower portion of the housing includes indentations for removably engaging with a hanger. By rotating the housing around a stem into different locked positions on a hanger, an individual may keep track of how many times an article of clothing has been worn or used between washings by referencing the markings on the different sides of the housing.
Collapsible hook hanger
A collapsible hook hanger includes a hook having a threaded end and a hanger body including a cross bar having a top edge. A hook receiving body extends from the top edge of the cross bar and is defined by a first side wall and an opposing second side wall. An inner surface of the second side wall includes a recess that is located opposite a through hole formed in the first side wall. The hook receiving body has a hook receiving slot for receiving the hook. An axle member is rotatably disposed within the through hole of the first side wall and is rotatably contained within the through hole. The axle member includes a threaded bore that receives the threaded end of the hook which is securely coupled to the axle member. The axle member is snap-fittingly attached to the hook receiving body while permitting free rotation of the axle member within the hook receiving body.
Sizer for a hanger, a combination thereof, and a method of use
A sizer for a hanger lacking a hook boss includes a pair of longitudinal walls spaced apart from each other by a pair of end sections. The sizer may include a pair of protrusion, wherein a first is disposed on a first wall of the pair of longitudinal walls and directed toward a second wall of the pair of longitudinal walls. A first jaw is disposed on one of the pair of end section. The pair of longitudinal walls flexes apart when the jaw passes over a flange of the hanger. The first jaw includes a lower portion having a curved edge. The first jaw further includes an upper portion. The lower portion and upper portion meet at an abrupt jaw point.
Hanger and hook attachment for folding hook
A hanger with a foldable hook enabling the hanger to have the hook in a folded shipped position to reduce its footprint for reduction of cost of transportation and a rotatable cylindrical member to which the hook is attached, allowing the hook to be rotated from a folded to an upright hanging position.
Closet organizing device
A closet organizing device includes a base, first and second stabilizers, and a tabular portion. The base has upper and lower ends and a hole formed therein extending through a central portion of the upper and lower ends for receiving a hook portion of a clothing hanger. The first and second stabilizers extend from the lower end and are substantially perpendicular to the lower end and are equidistant from and on opposite sides of the hole. The first and second stabilizers are configured to fit over opposite sides of a hanger body. An edge portion extends along an outer surface of the base between the upper and lower ends. A tabular portion extends outwardly from the edge portion, has parallel front and rear sides, and resides in a plane that is substantially aligned with a lengthwise direction of the hole.
Hanger date indicator device
A hanger date indicator device additional to a clothes hanger by threadable engagement of a hanger hook through a central aperture to position and maintain the hanger date indicator device above an item of clothing depended upon the hanger. The hanger date indicator device includes a date indicator selectable upon a first surface thereof, said date indicator selectable to signal a date associative with an item of clothing depended upon the hanger, whereby a user is apprised of the last time the particular item of clothing was worn, the last time said item was washed, or of any other date desirable to associate with a particular item of clothing.
Hanger arrangement
A garment hanger (10) comprising a rail engaging portion (16) and garment supporting means in the form of a deformable elongate member (20). The end of the elongate member distal from the rail engaging portion comprises a first part (22) of a connection mechanism such that the elongate member (22) can be deformed back upon itself and connected to a second part (24) of the connection mechanism of the hanger to form a closed loop. The elongate member (20) comprises a side flange (32) along its length.
