Set values defined by the set value data included in the extracted piece of setting information are reproduced.

A document camera device includes a processor that executes a procedure. The procedure includes: performing control so as to display, in cutout processing that cuts out and saves, from an image imaging a subject, an image corresponding to an inside of a region designated for the subject, an image specifying a region associated with identification information of a subject targeted by the current cutout processing on the subject targeted by the current cutout processing, based on history information associated with identification information of the subject and with the region in cutout processing that was executed in the past; and performing processing that, when a region specified by an image specifying the region has been selected, sets an image cut out and saved from inside the selected region as an image that has been cut out by the current cutout processing.

A computer-implemented method programmed for execution in a computing environment for recommending at least one size and type of substrate to be used in conjunction with a digital image to form a print product includes: providing a digital image; providing a list of available substrates stored in a memory; utilizing a processor, analyzing the digital image to identify image content included in the digital image; utilizing the processor, automatically selecting at least one size of substrate to be used to form a print product based on the identified image content; automatically identifying at least one type of substrate from the list of available substrates utilizing the processor based on at least one of the selected at least one size of substrate or the identified image content; and displaying the identified at least one type of substrate and the selected at least one size of substrate on a display.

A document camera device includes a processor that executes a procedure. The procedure includes: performing control so as to display, in cutout processing that cuts out and saves, from an image imaging a subject, an image corresponding to an inside of a region designated for the subject, an image specifying a region associated with identification information of a subject targeted by the current cutout processing on the subject targeted by the current cutout processing, based on history information associated with identification information of the subject and with the region in cutout processing that was executed in the past; and performing processing that, when a region specified by an image specifying the region has been selected, sets an image cut out and saved from inside the selected region as an image that has been cut out by the current cutout processing.

A photograph sticker creating apparatus includes an image pickup device that generates a shot image, a storage device that stores a plurality of composite-use images to be combined with shot images, a compositing processor that combines the shot image and the composite-use image to generate a composite image, a printing device that prints the composite image on a sticker sheet, a display processor that generates and displays a selection screen allowing the user to select a composite-use image from a plurality of composite-use images, and a direction receiving device that receives selection of composite-use image performed by the user on the selection screen. The display processor combines a predetermined portrait image with the selected composite-use image and does not combine the portrait image with a composite-use image other than the selected composite-use image, to generate and display the selection screen.

A computer-implemented method programmed for execution in a computing environment for recommending a size of substrate to be used in conjunction with a digital image to form a print product includes: providing a digital image; providing a list of available substrates stored in a memory; utilizing a processor, analyzing the digital image to identify at least one image characteristic included in the digital image; utilizing the processor, automatically selecting a size of substrate to be used to form a print product based on the identified at least one image characteristic; automatically identifying at least one type of substrate from the list of available substrates utilizing the processor based on the selected at least one size of substrate; and displaying the identified at least one type of substrate corresponding to the selected size of substrate on a display.
