Systems for controlling access to documents including sensitive information and/or sensitive information are provided. In some examples, a system, computing platform, or the like, may receive a command to print a document or generate a photocopy of a document. The computing platform may analyze the document to determine whether the document includes sensitive information. If not, a first ink source, first paper source, first output destination, or the like, may be identified for use in printing the document. If so, a second, different ink source, paper source, and/or output destination may be identified for use in printing the document. The computing platform may then transmit an instruction to the printing, copying, scanning, or the like, device to print the document using the identified ink source, paper source, and/or output destination.

A printed material processing device includes: a feature information extracting unit configured to compare read printed-material image information obtained by reading a printed material, and extract a portion equivalent to a difference between the two sets of information as feature information; an image generating unit configured to generate an image of a mark to be additionally printed near a location of the feature information, set first information indicating a positional relationship between the mark and the feature information, set second information indicating a method of extracting the feature information and a feature quantity to be extracted from the feature information, and generate an image of code information to be additionally printed in a position on the printed material, the code information including the first information and the second information; and an image forming unit configured to additionally print the mark and the code information.

The electronic apparatus includes a camera and a processor configured to cause the electronic apparatus to turn off the display and/or control a display to display a UI for restricting photographing of the content in response to a predetermined object being detected in an image received by the camera.

An image forming apparatus that determines whether an image having coincidence with a registered image is included in an input image and controls execution of a job that uses the input image based on a result of the determination. The image forming apparatus includes an input unit that inputs a first image as a candidate of the registered image, an evaluation unit that evaluates whether the first image is suitable for use in the determination, and a control unit registers the first image as the registered image if the evaluation unit evaluates that the first image is suitable for use in the determination, and prevents the first image from being registered as the registered image if the evaluation unit evaluates that the first image is unsuitable for use in the determination.
