A hanger is provided which supports long garments securely and easily in half or less length than the garment would occupy hanging on a conventional hanger. Such a garment hanger comprises: a primary support including a hook and elements arranged to suspend a top portion of a garment; an auxiliary support including a bar for suspending the bottom portion of the garment, shortening a total length of the garment thus supported; and the primary support and the auxiliary support including cooperative, non-locking elements detachably suspending the auxiliary support from the primary support with the bar close to the primary support.

A garment hanger includes a hook and an arm. The hook is configured to receive a support rod, and the arm is coupled to the hook and extends outwardly to a free arm end. The arm includes a first substantially planar panel and a top panel extending rearwardly from a top edge of the first substantially planar panel. The arm further includes an indentation and a finger. The indentation is defined adjacent the first substantially planar panel to be at least partially open in a direction facing away from the first substantially planar panel. The indentation defines an outermost edge nearest the free arm end and an innermost end nearest the hook. The finger extends from one of the outermost edge and the innermost edge of the indentation toward the other and is configured to hold a portion of a garment within the indentation.

In accordance with various embodiments, clothes hanger clips are provided. In some embodiments, clips that can be attached to a clothes hanger are provided, the clips comprising: a first side having an outer surface and an inner surface, wherein a first portion of the inner surface of the first side is covered with a first material that includes at least one of a silicone gel, a thermoplastic elastomer, and a polyether; a second side having an outer surface and an inner surface, wherein a first portion of the inner surface of the second side is covered with a second material that includes at least one of a silicone gel, a thermoplastic elastomer, and a polyether; and a connector that couples an inner portion of the first side to an inner portion of the second side, wherein the clothes hanger is attached to the clip through the connector.

Proposed is a hanger capable of being opened forward/rearward and, more particularly, to a ventilating hanger having a hanging part on which clothes can be hung and which can be opened toward front/back of clothes, so that the hanging part is in a narrow state to allow the clothes to ba easily hung thereon when the clothes are hung, and is opened to be wide forward/rearward in a state in which the clothes are hung thereon, so as to widen the space between the front and back of the clothes, and thus smooth ventilation is facilitated.

The clip is formed of resilient plastic material and includes first and second parts pivotally connected by a connecting member. Each of the parts includes a gripping portion and a locking portion. Each of the gripping portions includes first and second connected portions, at least one of which has a gripping surface. A locking part is pivotally mounted to one of the locking portions for movement relative to the other locking portion between locked and unlocked positions. The locking part is adapted to engage the other of the locking portions in the locking position. Movement of the locking part toward the locked position causes the gripping surfaces to move toward each other to retain the article therebetween.

A hanger for hanging multiple garment or sports gear pieces. The hanger includes a horizontal member, a hanging hook for supporting the horizontal member on external structure, such as on a closet bar, and plural spaced-apart vertical members. Each vertical member is engaged to the horizontal member at an upper end, and each vertical member has a fastener at a lower end thereof for engaging a piece. The vertical members can be adjustable in length.

A garment transportation and storage device comprises a support rod at the bottom, a hook at the top, and a ball-shaped handle between the support rod and the hook for transporting garments supported on the support rod by hangers and for engaging the hook with a support structure. An article transportation and storage device comprises an inverted U-shaped frame, a support rod slidably engageable with the frame, and a hook mounted on the frame for pivotal movement between extended and retracted positions. A garment receiving and supporting hanger is provided with an inflatable garment protection device that prevents wrinkling of garments supported by the hanger. A garment transportation and support device comprises opposed garment engaging arms that pivot outwardly to securely support a garment.

The present disclosure relates to a clip for hangers applied to a bar having a pair of opposed blades reciprocally connected by means of an elastic element with opposed sides and curved nails being insertable into a recess present in each of the blades. The elastic element pushes the lower end of the blades into reciprocal contact. The elastic element U-shaped and each of the blades is composed of a first internal element and second external element superimposable on the first internal element to constitute said blade. Each of the second external elements has identical shapes and dimensions to the internal elements and are superimposable on each of the internal elements. The elastic element presents its opposite sides with at least one section that overlaps a portion of the internal elements before the curved nail is inserted in the recess.
