Information processing apparatus, image forming apparatus, and storage medium that enable printing while receiving random access document file
An information processing apparatus communicating with an image forming apparatus includes a memory that stores a program and a processor that executes the program stored in the memory to perform a process. The process includes receiving a first document file including multiple sets of encrypted page data of pages, arranging the sets of the encrypted page data in page order, attaching identification information for identifying a page data boundary to each of the arranged sets of the encrypted page data, obtaining decoding information for decoding the sets of the encrypted page data from the first document file, generating a second document file including the arranged sets of the encrypted page data and the decoding information disposed before the arranged sets of the encrypted page data, and transmitting the generated second document file to the image forming apparatus.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR RECOMMENDING WATERMARK FOR ELECTRONIC TERMINAL
A method for recommending a watermark for an electronic terminal and an apparatus therefor are provided. The method includes acquiring a to-be-sent resource, identifying a purpose of the to-be-sent resource, and recommending, based on the identified purpose, a watermark added to the to-be-sent resource. According to the method and device, when a resource needs to be sent, a watermark added to the to-be-sent resource can be automatically recommended to a user based on a purpose of the to-be-sent resource, so that the security of user information can be conveniently secured.
Scan system, method, and program product for generating a file with embedded useable information from a scanned image depending on scanner information
There is provided a non-transitory computer-readable medium storing application program executable by a processor of an information processing apparatus which communicates with a scanner having specific information. The specific information indicates whether the scanner is configured to generate a specific file for which specific processing is executable by a specific program. The application program, when executed by the processor, causes the information processing apparatus to: obtain an image read by the scanner; obtain the specific information from the scanner; and generate a file indicating the obtained image. In a case that the specific information is first information, the application program causes the information processing apparatus to generate the file with usable information embedded therein. In a case that the specific information is second information, the application program cause the information processing apparatus to generate the file without the usable information embedded therein.
EMBEDDED VARIABLE LINE PATTERNS FOR IMAGES
In some implementations, a system is capable of generating identifications that include distinctive line patterns corresponding to different portions of secure customer information. Data indicating an input image, and a dithering matrix representing a two-dimensional array of pixel values is obtained. Pixel values of pixels included in the input image are transformed using the dithering matrix. For each pixel within the input image, the transformation includes identifying a particular pixel value within the dithering matrix that represents a particular pixel within the input image, and adjusting an intensity value of the particular pixel based on attributes of the dithering matrix. A transformed image is generated based on the transformation and then provided for output.
Image Reading Apparatus
Disclosed is an image reading apparatus that may include a scan data acquirer that acquires scan data obtained by reading from printed matter output by an image forming apparatus, a magnification acquirer that acquires a magnification used when the printed matter is imaged, a reverse scaling part that generates reverse-scaled data obtained by scaling the scan data at a reverse magnification that is the reciprocal of the magnification acquired by the magnification acquirer, and a determiner that determines whether a predetermined reference image is included in the reverse-scaled data by comparing with the predetermined reference image.
Systems and methods of processing a document in an imaging device
An imaging device and a method of processing a document at the imaging device which includes receiving a message associated with the document, transmitting the message to a server communicatively connected to the imaging device, receiving an identifier of the message as stored in the server, converting the identifier to an image scannable by a mobile device, and adding the image to an output page of the document. An input language and an output language of the message associated with the document may be predetermined or may be received from a user of the imaging device.
EMBEDDING PROCEDURES ON DIGITAL IMAGES AS METADATA
A first digital image is integrated into a second digital image to generate a third digital image. A first code representing the procedures performed to integrate the first digital image into the second digital image is generated. A second code representing information for retrieving the first digital image is generated. The first code and the second code are embedded as metadata into a file that contains the second digital image.
Document approval management system for creating document approval workflow
A document approval management system includes an image forming apparatus, a document management server, and a mail server, connected via a network. The image forming apparatus includes an image acquisition device, a character recognizer, a workflow information acquirer that acquires workflow information from character information recognized, a coded image creator that creates a coded image including the workflow information, a generator that generates an image with coded image, a workflow creator that creates a workflow of the image with coded image, an output device that outputs the image with coded image of the workflow to the document management server, an e-mail transmission device that transmits an e-mail accompanied with the coded image to an approver, an image forming device that forms the image with coded image on a recording sheet, and a signed image acquirer that acquires a signed image, when an approval receiver receives the approval.
EXCHANGING QUASI COLOCATION INFORMATION AND ACKNOWLEDGING DOWNLINK CONTROL INFORMATION
In an embodiment, a UE determines QCL information that indicates an association between a spatial parameter and a current transmission configuration, and conveys the determined QCL information to a BS. In another embodiment, a BS transmits a DCI that triggers transmission of a reference signal that includes QCL information that indicates an association between a spatial parameter and a current transmission configuration, whereby any DCI triggering any reference signal that includes any QCL information is configured to trigger a UE to send an express acknowledgment or an implied acknowledgment to that DCI.
Document state management system, document state management method, and non-transitory computer-readable medium
A document state management system includes circuitry configured to receive registration of a document, and a memory to store first information and second information. The first information retains identification information of the document in association with a document state relating to the document. The second information retains tracing data for tracing the document state of the document in association with the identification information of the document. The circuitry records the tracing data in a medium and output the medium. The circuitry acquires the tracing data from the medium. The circuitry acquires, from the second information, the identification information of the document associated with the tracing data acquired from the medium. The circuitry acquires, from the first information, the document state of the document associated with the identification information of the document acquired from the second information. The circuitry outputs the document state acquired from the first information.
