Image forming apparatus and terminal apparatus using short-range communication for retrieving image data from a network apparatus, displaying the image data on the terminal apparatus and printing the image data on the image forming apparatus
A communication system may include a relay apparatus, an image processing apparatus and a terminal apparatus. The terminal apparatus may receive first access information for accessing converted data from the image processing apparatus in accordance with the short distance wireless communication technology. The terminal apparatus may display a converted image represented by converted data after the converted data is received from the relay apparatus in response to the receiving of the first access information. The image processing apparatus may receive an image processing command from the terminal apparatus in accordance with the short distance wireless communication technology after the first access information is received by the terminal apparatus. The image processing apparatus may receive a target image data from the relay apparatus and execute image process toward the target image data.
Processing a Fax Transmission Using a Mobile Device
Methods and apparatus are described for receiving a fax transmission at a mobile phone. In one embodiment, the mobile phone receives an incoming call and answers the incoming call, upon receiving a command from a user of the mobile phone to answer the incoming call. A program on the mobile phone then detects that the incoming call is a fax transmission, and then places an outgoing call to a fax server. The program on the mobile phone then conferences the incoming call with the outgoing call to the fax server, such that the fax server receives the fax transmission. Other embodiments are also described and claimed.

COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
In a communication system including a first terminal and a second terminal, a management server manages the first terminal and the second terminal, and a relay server relays communication between the first terminal and the second terminal, upon authenticating the first terminal, the management server notifies the first terminal of first authentication information for requesting authentication to the relay server and connection information for connecting to the relay server, and upon authenticating the second terminal, the management server notifies the second terminal of second authentication information for requesting authentication to the relay server. In response to a request from the first terminal, the relay server creates access information and transmits it to the first terminal. The relay server transmits the access information to the second terminal and relays the communication performed between the first terminal and the second terminal.
System and method for sending, delivery and receiving of faxes
Embodiments of systems and methods for the sending, delivery and receiving of faxes are disclosed herein. In particular, certain embodiments include a fax connector that may be deployed at a user's site, and a faxing system that may be deployed remotely from the user's site. The fax connector can be accessed at the user's site over a computer based network in order to perform functions associated with faxing, including sending, receiving and obtaining status on faxes. The fax connector deployed at the user's site communicates with the remotely deployed faxing system to send, receive, obtain status on, or perform other functions associated with, faxing.

INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, CONTROL METHOD THEREOF, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
An information processing apparatus determines whether it is possible to communicate with an image forming apparatus via a router. The information processing apparatus executes, based on it being determined that it is not possible to communicate with the image forming apparatus via the router, predetermined processing for displaying at least one message among (i) a message for disabling a band steering function in the router, (ii) a message for setting each SSID of a plurality of access points in which used frequency bands are different and which are enabled by the router to a different character string and, (iii) a message for enabling, in a case where the image forming apparatus does not support a first frequency band, a second frequency band different from the first frequency band in the router.
