ARRAY IMAGING SYSTEM HAVING DISCRETE CAMERA MODULES AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
An array imaging apparatus having discrete camera modules is disclosed. In one embodiment, the apparatus comprises a substrate; and heterogeneous camera modules attached to the substrate and in a geometric relationship with each other, the heterogeneous camera modules having a substantially similar photometric response.
IMAGE PROCESSING APPARATUS
An input circuit writes image data into a line buffer. An output circuit reads pixel data of a pixel to be sampled among the pixel data, the pixel specified correspondingly to a shrinking ratio. Further, with a throughput obtained by multiplying a throughput of the output circuit by a square of an inverse number of the shrinking ratio, the input circuit skips another pixel than the pixel to be sampled among the pixel data of an input block of a predetermined size that extends over lines of an inverse number of the shrinking ratio, and writes the pixel data into the line buffer. Upon writing pixel data of an adjacent input block of the input block in a secondary scanning direction into the line buffer, the output circuit reads from the line buffer the pixel data of the pixel to be sampled and continuously outputs the pixel data.
Modular configurable camera system
A system and a process configuration generates a unitary rendered image for a video from at least two cameras. The configuration detects a communication coupling of at least two cameras and determines a master camera and a slave camera. The configuration determines an orientation of camera sensor of the master camera and the slave camera and determines a first frame of a video for a synchronization point for a start of a video capture. The configuration captures and reads images from the master camera sensor and the slave camera sensor in response to the start of the video capture and orientation of the camera sensors.

Method and Apparatus for Distributed Broadcast Production
This disclosure describes methods and systems for managing video frame rate at a video production site. A video processor of a first video production site may process received video frames received via a network with dynamic transmission properties. A frame rate controller may monitor at an output buffer of the site, an average rate of processed video frames received from the video processor, and may detect that the average rate of processed video frames received from the video processor has decreased to a level below a predefined output frame rate for transmitting processed video frames to a third video production site. The frame rate controller may increase a rate of video frames being provided to the video processor, to a level above the predefined output frame rate to restore the average rate of processed video frames received from the video processor, to the predefined output frame rate.
Devices and methods for selective display frame fetch
Techniques for selective display frame fetching can include receiving or fetching rendered display frames by a display engine. The display engine can obtain an indication of a new frame and, in response to the indication of the new frame not including an indication of a flip completion event: (i) fill the display buffer with the new frame; (ii) scan out the new frame from the display buffer to a display port; and (iii) apply an adaptive contrast and backlight enhancement based on a histogram of changes in the new frame.
Method of imaging by multiple cameras, storage medium, and electronic device
An imaging method, an apparatus for imaging, a non-transitory storage medium, and an electronic device are provided. The electronic device includes a first camera and a plurality of second cameras. Regions captured by the plurality of second cameras overlap with an edge of a region captured by the first camera. An image capturing request for an object to be captured is received, the first camera may be driven to perform image capturing to the object based on the image capturing request to obtain a base image, the plurality of second cameras may be driven to perform image capturing to obtain a plurality of second images, image synthesis may be performed to the plurality of second images and the base image to obtain a final image corresponding to the image capturing request.
