Mail keyper
A smart and secure mailbox includes a mailbox and a secured storage. The mailbox and the secured storage are connected through a shared section. The shared section encloses an automated flap. The shared section also integrates a weight sensor. Upon a delivery of a mail, the weight sensor provides an activation signal which triggers the automated flap. The automated flap activates and provides a gap between the mailbox and the secured storage. The delivered mail falls through the gap. Upon a placement of the delivered mail within the secured storage, the automated flap closes which secures the delivered mail within the secured storage.
MAILBOX SECURITY KIT
A security access control insert is provided for installation in curbside mailboxes. The security access control insert prevents tampering or theft of delivered mail. The security access control insert may be sold as part of a mailbox, or as a retrofit kit that may be added to a previously installed mailbox. The security access control insert provides a lockable door with a specific supplied access key. A second access key provided to an authorized mail carrier agency or delivery service may be a master key or passkey that is able to open many different customer mailboxes equipped with the security access control insert. The security access control insert may be formed of sheet-metal construction, aluminum, galvanized steel, or may be formed from molded plastic or composite materials. The security access control insert has a shape that matches the interior cross-section of the mailbox to which the insert will be installed.
Repository with mechanism for shielding from view an object placed therein
Apparatus, systems and methods are provided that include a repository for receipt of an object and a mechanism for shielding from view the object. The repository may take the form of a mailbox and the object may be a letter, e.g., a letter addressed to Santa. The shielding mechanism is actuated by a trigger that is associated with the repository and, in exemplary embodiments, is triggered by an activity normally associated with the repository, e.g., raising a flag on a mailbox. The trigger actuation may interact with an electronic control system, a mechanical control system, or a combination thereof.
Secure Package Delivery Assembly
A secure package delivery assembly for preventing return or theft of a package includes a first bracket and a box. The first bracket is configured to couple to one of an upper end and a lower end of a door so that a first plate of the first bracket, to which the box is coupled, is positioned in substantial abutment to an exterior face of the door. An aperture that is positioned in a top of the box is configured to allow insertion of a package. A retention assembly that is coupled to and positioned in the box is configured to deter extraction of the package through the aperture. An opening is positioned in a horizontal face of the box to allow a user to retrieve the package. A panel that is hingedly coupled to the horizontal face is selectively couplable to the box to securely close the opening.
MAILBOX FOR STORING PACKAGES
The present disclosure discloses mailbox for storing packages comprises a box, at least one tray, and at least one link rod mechanism. The box is a closed box, and the box comprises an upper cover, a bottom board, and a plurality of side boards. A lower portion of one of the plurality of side boards is a movable door configured to be opened and closed. The upper cover is rotatably connected to one of the plurality of side boards and is configured to be upwardly opened. The at least one tray is movably disposed inside the box and is disposed above the movable door, and each of the at least one tray is rotatably connected to at least one of the plurality of side boards. The at least one link rod mechanism is disposed between the at least one tray and the upper cover.
Parcel box
A parcel box includes at least one sidewall having a first compartment and a second compartment that together form a room; a separator moveably attached to the at least one sidewall between the first compartment and the second compartment for separating the room into a first chamber and a second chamber; and a first door and a second door pivotally attached to the at least one sidewall and corresponding to the first chamber and the second chamber, respectively, wherein the first chamber and the second chamber are configured to receive two articles through the first door and the second door, respectively, and the separator is configured to moveably adjust the volume of the first chamber and the volume of the second chamber based on the weights and/or the sizes of the two articles.

Security mailbox
A security mailbox is configured with a door having an arm on each side of the door that extends downward from the door into a secure mail-holding receptacle. A floor of the mailbox is constructed having longitudinally extending flaps on each side of the mailbox. Each flap has a rail/slide mounted along an underneath side close to the centerline of the mailbox, each rail having a stop at an end near the door. A link extends between a distal end of each arm and a respective rail, with a tension spring that pulls the link and arm toward each other. When the door is initially opened, the arms close the flaps within the first few degrees of door movement by movement of the slides in the rails. When the slides abut the rail stops, the rest of door movement is taken up by the springs.
