Projection system and projection method
A projection system and a projection method are provided. The projection system includes a first projector and a second projector. A first projection image projected by the first projector and a second projection image projected by the second projector are partially overlapped. A projection region edit menu is executed to display multiple adjustment points and multiple connecting lines on the first projection image. A position of a selected adjustment point among the multiple adjustment points and positions of two connecting lines connected to the selected adjustment point among the multiple adjustment points displayed on the first projection image are changed according to a first moving instruction to select a closed region formed by the multiple connecting lines in a non-overlap region of the first projection image. The projection method is adapted to the projection system that provides a blending projection effect of multiple projectors having an even brightness.
IMAGE PROJECTION METHOD AND PROJECTOR
An image projection method includes, projecting a plurality of first markers onto a screen, projecting one or more first sub-markers each having an exterior appearance different from an exterior appearance of each of the plurality of first markers onto the screen, determining positions of the plurality of first markers, determining positions of the first sub-markers, determining a shape of a contour of a first image projected on the screen based on the positions of the plurality of first markers, determining a first line and a first edge of a blend area where the first image and a second image different from the first image are mixed with each other based on the positions of the plurality of first markers and the positions of the first sub-markers, and the first line and the first edge forming the contour of the first image, and projecting the first image onto the screen.
METHOD FOR ADJUSTING PIXEL VALUES OF BLENDING IMAGE AND PROJECTION SYSTEM THEREOF
The disclosure provides a method for adjusting pixel values of blending image. The method includes projecting, on a projection surface, a first projection image onto a first projection range and a second projection image onto a second projection range by a first projector and a second projector, and blending the first projection image and the second projection image to generate a blending image; calculating positions of a plurality of boundaries of the first projection range and the second projection range; adjusting a range of an overlapping area between the first projection range and the second projection range; and adjusting image parameters of a non-overlapping area outside the overlapping area, to enable pixel values of the non-overlapping area to be close to pixel values of the overlapping area.
OBJECT FEATURE VISUALIZATION APPARATUS AND METHODS
An object feature visualization system may include a computing device that generates video-mapped images to project onto physical objects. The video-mapped images may include features to be projected onto the objects. The projection of a video-mapped image onto the physical object allows for the visualization of the feature on the object. In some examples, the computing device receives a feature selection for a particular object, and generates a video-mapped image with the selected feature to provide to a projector to project the video-mapped image onto the physical object. In some examples, a user is able to select one or more features for one or more objects of a room display via a user interface. The system then projects video-mapped images with the selected features onto the physical objects. The system may allow a user to save feature selections, and to purchase or request additional information about objects with selected features.
METHOD OF CONTROLLING PROJECTOR AND PROJECTOR
A projector has a projection optical system including a projection lens and a processing device. The processing device makes the projection optical system project a correction image having a rectangular shape. The number of correction points arranged on a first side out of two sides connecting to a vertex located the farthest from the projection lens when projected on a projection surface out of four vertexes of the correction image is larger than the number of correction points arranged on a side different from the two sides. The processing device receives an operation of moving first correction point included in the correction points arranged on the first side, and makes the projection optical system project an output image obtained by applying a distortion correction based on the operation to an input image.
PROJECTOR AND PROJECTION METHOD
A projector and a projection method are provided. The projector includes a control device, a projection optical engine, a distance sensing device, and an image capturing device. The projection optical engine projects a first projection image to a projection surface according to first image data. The distance sensing device senses multiple distance parameters of a projection area. The image capturing device captures the first projection image to obtain a first captured image. The control device performs a keystone correction operation and a leveling correction operation on the first image data. The projection optical engine projects a second projection image to the projection surface according to the corrected first image data. The control device obtains a second captured image including the second projection image through the image capturing device, and analyzes the second captured image to project current projection image size information in the second projection image.
Setting assistance method and setting assistance apparatus
There is provided a setting assistance apparatus including a touch panel, which includes a display apparatus, a camera, and a processor. The processor programmed to cause the camera to capture an image of a projection image projected by a projector on a target to generate a captured image, cause the display apparatus to display the captures image, superimposes a guide image that prompts execution of the operation of setting at least one of the position or size of the projection image on the captured image, and cause the display apparatus to display the superimposed image.
Headwear with integrated image projector
The headwear with integrated image projector comprises an image projector and a hat. The hat may be adapted to be worn upon a head of a wearer. The image projector may be coupled to the hat. The hat may project a projected image from the hat onto a viewing surface using the image projector. In some embodiments, the image projector may be coupled to a first position of the hat and the viewing surface may be a second position of the hat. As a non-limiting example, the first position may be the front of the hat bowl and the second position may be the top surface of the hat brim. In some embodiments, the hat having the image projector may comprise a wireless communication interface such that the image projector may communicate with an application program running on a wearer's smartphone.
CONTROL DEVICE, CONTROL METHOD, PROJECTION SYSTEM, AND CONTROL PROGRAM
A control device of a projection system includes one or more projection apparatuses that project a first image including a plurality of marker images, and an imaging apparatus that captures at least a part of the first image, the control device includes a processor, and the processor is configured to perform a control of projecting a second image including a plurality of marker images from the projection apparatus based on a capturing result of at least the part of the first image by the imaging apparatus.
Information generation method, information generation system, and non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing program
There is provided an information generation method including, identifying a correspondence relationship between a projector coordinate system and a camera coordinate system, receiving a first operation of designating a first display area representing an arrangement destination of a projection object which is projected on a projection target in a first coordinate system which is one of the camera coordinate system or the projector coordinate system, transforming the first display area into a second display area representing an arrangement destination of the projection object in a second coordinate system which is another of the camera coordinate system or the projector coordinate system based on the correspondence relationship, receiving a second operation of changing at least one of a shape or a position of the second display area, and generating information for changing at least one of a shape or a position of the projection object in accordance with the second operation.
