An electric kettle may include a body made of a metal material and configured to form a space in which fluid, such as water is contained, a heating module provided in the body to heat the space, a handle mounted to protrude from an outer surface of the body, a handle cover made of a metal material and configured to form a protruding upper surface of the handle, and a handle printed circuit board (PCB) provided inside of the handle and including a touch sensor in close contact with a rear surface of the handle cover to sense a touch operation of the handle cover. An operation of the heating module may be controlled by the handle PCB.

The appliance (100) has a base (140) on which the vessel (120) is removably located. When the vessel (120) is located on the base (140), the base (140) is configured to charge the electrical energy storage component. The electrical storage component is configured to power the at least one electrically powered device of the vessel (120).

A variable temperature blender is disclosed for the cooking and preparation of heated sauces, jams, soups, purees, alternative milks, smoothies and more. A variable temperature blender has a lid assembly, a vessel assembly, and a base assembly. The vessel assembly has a blending vessel and a collar attached to a bottom portion of the blending vessel. The base assembly have a user interface, a motor, and a controller. A heating element positioned within the collar of the vessel assembly received an electronic signal from the controller via an electrical interface connecting the base assembly with the vessel assembly. The electronic signal activates or deactivates the heating element based on an operational mode of the variable temperature blender to heat a food item contained within the blending vessel.

An electric kettle includes a power supply base and a kettle main body. The power supply base has a power supply cable to be connected to a utility power supply, an operation part that receives a user operation concerning the desired temperature of the water, a power supply circuit that generates a driving power for the heater from an electric power supplied from the utility power supply, and a second display part 46 that displays the current temperature and the desired temperature in a time division manner. The kettle main body includes a battery that drives the water amount sensor and the first display part when the kettle main body is separated from the power supply base.
CONTINUOUS BOILING WATER PREPARATION METHOD BASED ON GAS-LIQUID TWO-PHASE OBJECT DETECTION
A continuous boiling water preparation method based on gas-liquid two-phase object detection comprises a flow regulator, a heater, a temperature sensor, a two-phase object detection sensor and a controller; the flow regulator is used for injecting a cold water flow obtained from the outside into a water inlet of the heater; the heater heats up according to heating power provided by the controller; the two-phase object detection sensor and the temperature sensor are connected behind a water outlet of the heater, and when a boiling water flow flows through the two sensors, a gas-liquid ratio signal and a temperature signal are obtained respectively, and transmitted to the controller; and the controller transmits a signal indicating required heating power to the heater or transmits a signal indicating a required flow value to the flow regulator through calculation to execute output after receiving the gas-liquid ratio signal.

A thermally insulated container comprising: a frusto-conical support base internally comprising a heat source with connection to an external electrical source, a flat support base, an elongated main body of circular section with thermally insulated walls with connectors arranged at the base of said body to electrically link a shielded electrical resistance; a plug with a shutter that acts as a closure of the main body mounted in the mouth of said body by means of a thread and comprising a safety pressure element. The thermally insulated container is particularly adequate for heating water to two temperature settings to be used to prepare mate beverage or to prepare other infusions. In a first embodiment the container holds 500cc of water and in another embodiment it holds one liter of water.
Electric dispensing kettle system
An electric dispensing kettle system with a dispensing kettle that seats on to docks to a control station is disclosed. The dispensing kettle includes a weighted handle for controlled or balanced pouring. The control station provides controlled power to a heating element within the dispensing kettle with the dispensing kettle seated on to docked to the control station. The control station includes a PID controller or control loop feedback circuit that continuously modulates power to the heating element based on actual temperature reading received from a thermocouple structure. The control station also includes an electronic display that simultaneously displays an actual temperature of the steeping liquid and the target temperature of the steeping liquid within the dispensing kettle.
Systems and methods for real-time monitoring of boiling fluid for food processing assistance
In one embodiment, a method for monitoring for boiling fluid in a kitchen environment by a smart hood apparatus includes accessing sensor data indicating one or more parameters of a cooking utensil detected by the smart hood apparatus from sensors associated with the smart hood apparatus, wherein the sensors comprise one or more of a camera, a thermal sensor, or an audio sensor, and wherein the cooking utensil contains fluid, determining information associated with boiling events associated with the fluid in the cooking utensil based on the sensor data by algorithms, wherein the information comprises at least a boiling time required for the fluid to boil, and sending instructions for presenting a notification comprising the information associated with the boiling events.
