The electronic apparatus includes a storage to store files corresponding to static sub contents and dynamic sub content, respectively, a communicator to communicate with an external apparatus, and a processor to provide a graphic user interface comprising a plurality of menu items to produce a content having a plurality of pages; in response to at least one static sub content and at least one dynamic sub content being included in any page from among the plurality of pages of the content produced, to generate a content package comprising a single image in which the at least one static sub content is included for the corresponding page and the at least one dynamic sub content, which is displayed on the single image, based on a user input on the UI; and to transmit the generated content package to the external apparatus.

Systems and methods are provided for using a non-regulated device to generate data objects via a regulated device. A first device can provide interface content items corresponding to one or more events for which to generate a data object, and receive, via a user selection, object information identifying an event of the one or more events, one or more object parameters, and a second device identifier identifying a second device of the user. The first device can generate a request to provide the object information to one or more servers, and transmit the request to provide the object information to one or more servers. The request causes the one or more servers to store an entry including the object information, generate a link to the object information, and transmit a message including the link to the second device of the user using the second device identifier.

A device, system, and method may provide an audio component of a multimedia stream playing on a video monitor to one or more wireless computing devices. The extracted audio component of the multimedia content may be packetized into data packets and broadcast via a network such that the data packets can be received by the wireless computing devices and the audio component can be played by the wireless computing devices in synchronization with the visual component playing on the video monitor.

A system for remotely monitoring and controlling one or more electronic displays containing several hardware components. The components may electronically communicate with a network connection which can be used to establish communication with a local area network and/or the internet. A personal computing device can be used to run a user interface which allows the user to access a wealth of information from the electronic display as well as change controlling software, operating parameters, and check for downtime incidents or failures. Various sensors and measurement devices can be installed within the display to provide the information which may be stored locally or stored remotely for real-time access or on-demand access.
Gauging Consumer Interest of In-Person Visitors
Gauging consumer interest of in-person visitors is described. In one or more embodiments, a promotional apparatus having a display screen and a wireless beacon is deployed at a venue. The promotional apparatus presents a video having multiple video segments. During the presentation, the beacon and a mobile device of a venue visitor communicate wirelessly to determine a proximity of the visitor to the display screen. Multiple distances are determined at multiple times. A path of movement can be determined from the distances over time. If the visitor alters a direction of travel to veer toward the screen or stops walking close to the screen, a system infers that the video has engaged the visitor's attention. By linking particular video segments to times at which the mobile device is proximate to the display screen, the system can further infer consumer interest in specific product features being shown at those times.

A system and method are disclosed for providing a promotion associated with a transaction account. Target viewer information associated with at least one person targeted to receive an ad is identified. In accordance with the target viewer information and the ad, a probability of the at least one person to accept the promotion is determined. Promotion information associated with the promotion is selected as a function of the determined probability, and the promotion information is transmitted to a computing device associated with the at least one person. An acceptance of the promotion is received from the computing device associated with the at least one person, and processed to associate the promotion with the transaction account.
Methods and systems for recommending a display device for media consumption
Systems and methods are described herein for recommending a display device for media consumption. The location and media content preference of the user is determined and used to recommend the location of a display device that is currently displaying content relevant to the user. For example, if a user walks into a restaurant and indicates that he wishes to watch one of the televisions, he is directed to a television at the far side of the room which is already playing the sports (e.g., basketball) game with his favorite team. This helps ensure that users are able to find and consume content that is meaningful to them in public spaces.
