The apparatus has a control mechanism that can process data of several operative parameters of the apparatus, including data relating to the entry of the individual portion in said beverage preparation device and data relating to the position of the actuation device, and being further configured to determine actuations of the actuation device and display of progress indications and of operation errors based upon the data of operative parameters.

A coffee machine for wirelessly driving a coffee filter cup to rotate relates to a coffee brewing device. The coffee machine comprises a machine body and a cup holder, wherein an annular frame is provided on the cup holder, an annular bracket for supporting a coffee filter cup is provided in the annular frame, and the annular bracket is rotatable relative to the annular frame; the machine body is provided with a charging coil, the cup holder is provided with a power receiving coil, and the power receiving coil is provided corresponding to the charging coil; a motor is provided on the cup holder, and the motor is capable of obtaining power through the power receiving coil to drive the annular bracket to rotate, thereby driving the coffee filter cup to rotate.

To provide a container supply device which is capable of improving accommodation efficiency of containers and simplifying accommodation work. The container supply device includes: a transfer mechanism which transfers the containers a feed position opposing a feed port of the containers of the container storage; and a feed mechanism which sequentially feeds the containers having been transferred to the feed position by the transfer mechanism toward the supply position through the feed port, wherein the transfer mechanism includes: one or more container mounting lane unit in which the containers are arranged so as to be movable in a column direction, the container mounting lane unit being arranged so as to be lined up in a row direction intersecting the column direction; and a lane transfer unit which moves the container mounting lane unit in the row direction and transfers the containers on a side of the feed port mounted on the container mounting lane unit to the feed position.

An actively heated drinkware container includes a vessel with a chamber that receives and holds a volume of liquid. The drinkware container includes a heating module with a first heating element operable to heat one portion of the chamber and a second heating element operable to heat another portion of the chamber, the second heating element spaced from the first heating element. Operation of the first and second heating elements generates a circulation current in the volume of liquid in the chamber that mixes the liquid and diffuses a temperature of the liquid to thereby reduce temperature stratification of the liquid in the chamber and so that a temperature of the liquid throughout the volume of liquid in the chamber is approximately uniform.

A beverage preparation machine includes a main housing, a brew head having an outlet for discharging a prepared beverage, a water reservoir, and a water path for conveying water from the water reservoir to the brew head. The water reservoir is movable with respect to the main housing between a storage configuration and a beverage dispensing configuration. The water reservoir may be non-removable from the main housing. A holder for a food or drink component in a food or drink preparation machine includes a housing, a support constructed for reception of a food or drink component, a locking and guiding mechanism and a front panel for actuating the locking and guiding mechanism. The support is movable in a guide out of the housing with respect to a front side of the holder from a moved-in end position to a moved-out end position, and can be shifted by the locking and guiding mechanism to a fixing position, a securing position or an unlocking position. The locking and guiding mechanism in the fixing position retains the support in the moved-in end position relative to the housing, in the securing position blocks uncontrolled movement out of the housing of the support in a securing position, and in the unlocking position allows movement of the support out of the housing section.

The invention relates to a cartridge housing comprising a diluting means, especially a water supply, a mixing chamber in which the diluting means and a beverage and/or food substrate are mixed, and an outlet. The cartridge housing is fitted with a hollow rod such that the sealing film of the cartridge is pierced as soon as the cartridge is inserted into the cartridge housing, thereby creating the flow connection between the cartridge and a mixing chamber.
